Vieni a visitare il paradiso nella nostra confortevole casa sulla spiaggia arredata con gusto! La piccola e privata comunità è recintata e situata a meno di mezzo isolato dalla spiaggia! La nostra casa è anche nel mezzo di tutto - a pochi passi da molti luoghi come ralphs (negozio di alimentari), Starbucks, ristoranti e negozi. Al piano superiore ci sono tre camere da letto: la principale ha un letto matrimoniale e un bagno completo, la seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e la terza camera ha 2 letti singoli e c'è un ulteriore bagno completo al piano superiore. Al piano inferiore troverai un piano piano perfetto per intrattenere! Una bella cucina gourmet, sala da pranzo, camera familiare, lavanderia e bagno di servizio. Gli ospiti avranno accesso a molti servizi convenienti come: beach cruiser, tavole da surf, boogie board, sedie da spiaggia, teli mare, aria condizionata, lavatrice / asciugatrice, wifi gratuito, TV via cavo gratuita e parcheggio gratuito (per 2 veicoli), ferro da stiro e tavola, asciugacapelli, ecc. Per chi viaggia con bambini, c'è anche un seggiolone e un pacchetto per giocare. Prestiamo inoltre attenzione ai dettagli e includiamo detergenti, prodotti per la pulizia, prodotti per la cottura di base, sacchetti per la spazzatura, sapone, shampoo, ecc. Ci sono due posti auto nel garage privato. Ti chiediamo solo se usi qualcosa completamente per farci sapere se gli sforzi per mantenere il posto rifornito per il nostro prossimo ospite.

We were one of 3 houses for our Family reunion. This house was quiet, clean and comfortable. We could walk or bike everywhere. Activities for the reunion included bonfires at ski beach(bike) , padres game (Uber), La Jolla beach day/ kayak and hike (bike) kites at beach( walk) dinner and ice cream various walkable locations. Sea World (bike/Uber) , Catamaran Luau(walk). Long morning bike rides on uncrowned paths at sunrise 10-20 miles.
Libby was a great host. She even replaced the mattress and n Queen bedroom during our stay.
Would definitely rent again. Just bring yourself and clothes. Everything else is there. Grocery store a few feet from your front door.

This property was in the perfect spot! Walking distance to the beach and tons of restaurants. The host made it very easy to check in and responded quickly to all of our questions.
The home had a nice layout and plenty of space for 7 people! Thank you for letting us stay here.

Host cancelled this property late at night merely hours before my family and friends were flying in from across the country, leaving us scrambling to find alternate arrangements and causing an extremely stressful start to what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. She blamed this on some sort of technology issue causing double-booking, but I noted that she had personally confirmed our stay several months before so there is no excuse for not knowing we would be there. This seems to be a pattern with this property, so renters beware, this will happen to you again until this host figures out a better system or stops allowing auto-approval of requests. Avoid this property or take on this risk!

We have stayed in several of the owner's properties and could not have had a better experience. All of the properties that we have stayed in were very clean and nicely appointed in great locations. Libby was great to work with. Will stay again when we come back to San Diego!!

The host canceled our booking the morning we arrived in San Diego. We had to spend almost 4 hours trying to get a hold of VRBO and find a place for the 6 of us. When there's a family of 6, you want a house, not 3 hotel rooms which we had to do.

Host cancelled our reservation a few hours before we were supposed to check in. My husband, kids and I were left stranded with no place to stay. Host said that she had double booked. Had to spend half of our first day of vacation looking for a new
place to stay. Overall, terrible experience!

We stayed here for 4 nights. The location was great - just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. However, it isn't very scenic - you are right in the middle of a bunch of apartments, so no scenic views. It had a two car garage that fit our minivan which was very convenient. We parked and walked everywhere. My biggest complaint with the property was that it said that it was sleeping for 6 adults. However, the twin beds in our sons' room were too small for adults and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. They were supposed to be twin beds that could be put together for a king bed which was absolutely not the case. These beds are only good for children, not two 18 year old boys. That really put a damper on the stay as the boys were extremely uncomfortable the entire stay. This made us upset as we paid extra to have the third bedroom for the boys. So be warned this is only sleeping for 4 adults and 2 children not 6 adults!!!! The master suite bed was very comfortable. There was a nice laundry which made it great for watching towels every day. The kitchen was well stocked. The dishwasher needs to have the rolling wheels fixed. The bathrooms were great. We just didn't like that the bath mat in the master bathroom looked like it had not been washed in a while. Overall, aside from the bed situation, we were very satisfied with our stay. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the beds were not as advertised and it wasn't in a scenic location.

Excellent location. Easy walking distance to everything. Shops. Restaurants, and beach. Everything was supplied to make it an effortless stay. Garage parking was a real plus. Libby was a very accommodating host. Thank you we will be back.

The VRBO was great and close to the ocean. No issues except the floor was not very clean and would make the bottoms of your feet dirty. Overall a great experience and location for a get-a-way weekend.
