Great stay!!! Our group ( 4 adults, 2 teens and 2 kids) loved the house. We enjoyed our trip— plenty of space, house was clean and well stocked. We will be back.

Our group of 10 really enjoyed our second stay at the property. Check-in and check-out was easy. The property is in great condition and everything worked as expected. We love being able to cook our own breakfast and we love having a grill available for dinner. We look forward to staying here again.

The overall impression of the home was amazing . My family and I truly enjoyed the home in its entirety. It was very welcoming and felt homey . From the bedrooms , to the kitchen to the living quarters , everything was welcoming. They offered so much within the home .

We brought 9 people up to Mammoth to celebrate 5 of our students hard work in Sunday School. It was the perfect set up where the guys and girls got separate rooms. Spacious family room. Very good accommodations.

All the standard great things apply to this place: Great location, spacious rooms, full amenities, overflowing (cookware, condiments, dinner ware, utensils, NOT garbage!) kitchen.
But what truly sets this house apart is the love and care that the owners put into it. Immaculately maintained, and with beautiful and thoughtful décor that showcases the owners' love of the outdoors, fishing, and each other, you will fall in love with this house faster than you do for Mammoth mountain and town (which you definitely will as well).

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo is clean, roomy and the beds are very comfortable. We cooked every meal and the kitchen is well stocked. There are parkings right in front of the units which is a huge plus. We had a couple of minor issues but Steve responded right the away and got them fixed. We definitely will be back. Thank you for having us.

Only issue was the snow overload and as a result of the garage / driveway being extremely piled up and super icy we could not park both cars inside. A function of the weather.. I would've appreciated having bags of snow melt salts in the garage so we could've at least done it ourselves .

We traveled with three families, with children ranging from 8-11. Each set of parents were able to have a bedroom and the children shared the bunk bed room and loved it. Even when choosing rooms, the adults were happy with all of them because they had plenty of space for organizing clothes, a dedicated bathroom, and comfortable beds.
The location was perfect, the kids didn't need to leave to play in the snow. There are multiple bus stops nearby, a large athletic center, and plenty of room for 4 cars. The kitchen was well-stocked and everything was very clean. The addition of a washer and dryer was very convenient as well. There is a grocery store just down the street.
The owner was very easy to reach and responded quickly. We really appreciated their flexibility and cannot wait to stay here again next year!

The location is close to any and everything you could ask for. Stores, bike trails, lakes, golfing and much more. The creek behind their place was so cool for our 4 grandkids to have tons of fun. Unfortunately it was a bit cold the days we were there but warmer days they would have had a blast playing in the water. Highlight of the trip was watching our 6 year old grandson catch a 2 pound Brown in one of the catch and release ponds on the property.
You will not be disappointed.

It's a great floor plan and a nice property at a wonderful and central location. We come to Mammoth frequently in both Winter and Summer, and have stayed at many places. This house rivals Mammoth Westin Hotel. Thank you Steve for your hospitality.

The house is spacious, clean and generously stocked with toiletries and kitchen supplies. We had enough space for the small kids to run around and the backyard was a hidden gem for fishing. It's conveniently located by the grocery stores and lakes for day time adventures. We are glad we found a place we hope to return to for our annual family trip.

Well stocked, in great shape & comfortable. Only concern
was shower floors very slippery. Owner should install hand
held bars in all showers. Otherwise a great stay...
