This unit was perfect for 4 adults. We spent 2 nights in Avalon to attend a wedding. The condo was clean, comfortable, and cozy. Everything was as described. Shawn’s communication was fantastic. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

We are so glad we found this property with excellent owners and look forward to hopefully enjoying again and again. We love staying at this unit. It's the perfect location with views of the ocean and close proximity to the boardwalk and center of town. The owner is kind and responsive. The place is well stocked and cared for, with great amenities. We have stayed here three times already and will do so again.

The condo was even nicer than the photos! Cutely decorated and comfortable. For us it was a great quiet respite from wedding craziness. The kitchen is well equipped, the "kids" bedroom even has children's books (as well as a tv). Lots of dvds to choose from in the den. The location is great - a short walk to the beach, the boardwalk, and a great playground (if you have little ones) Shawn responded quickly to any questions we had. Would enjoy returning in the summer!

This condo was perfect for our short stay for this weekend wedding. The place was clean, had most everything we needed. Shawn was very responsive with anything that we needed.
We felt awful not being able to finish washing, drying and putting away all of our sheets. The washer and dryer were on the small side. Shawn did let us know that, but we had a late night and a late start in the morning. We all decided we’d bring our own sheets the next time.

Avalon is great in October, was fortunate to have warm weather. Condo was on second floor, well furnished and very comfortable. Beach views were beautiful from the deck, we enjoyed sitting out there in the evening, on the nearby beach during the day. What could be better? Great location, extremely nice owner, Shawn. Tony and I would rent again!

The apartment was perfect for myself and my husband. It was quiet in September, cozy, and very well-stocked with kitchen equipment and paper products. Beds were comfortable. Shawn was an extremely helpful, welcoming and responsive host. The best thing about this place is the fantastic view of the ocean from the front deck.

It was a perfect spot for us to stay with several teenagers and the communication w/ owner/manager was easy. The only drawback was the requirement to wash all sheets and towels prior to check out, however it was a very affordable Avalon Beach apartment vacation rental, so not a crazy ask.

We loved the location of this property with the beach out the front door and the shops in town out the back. It was a great size for our family of 4, well appointed with everything we needed and very clean. Shawn was a pleasure to rent from and communicate with. Having the extra parking at the lot across the street was a huge convenience as well!

Overall a great experience! The host Shawn is very communicative and welcoming. The building is very close to the beach with water views. You can walk to anything in center Avalon withing 15 min or so. The condo was very clean with a few quirks that comes with an older buildings. The rooms are a good size and HVAC runs well although can be a little loud at time. The whole trip was easy to check in and out with clear communication throughout. This was one of my favorite travel experiences!

We stayed off season, for a family wedding. Shawn was very responsive & helpful. The place is right across from the beach. Can't beat the location! The bathroom/shower is a bit small, but would take that any day to be at this location. Thank You Shawn, we loved our stay.

My sisters and I enjoyed a winter weekend in this adorable condo. It was very clean and had everything you could want in a rental. Shawn provided all of the information before, during and after our stay. Don’t hesitate to book this condo in a great location across from the beach with an ocean view!

We had a great stay at the House. The home was exceptionally clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay, and more. Perfect location for us to stay and visit family over Thanksgiving. The property manager was helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. Highly recommend! A++

We had an amazing time at Shawn’s cozy condominium. He was so amazing with communication and even offered a free night as an anniversary gift. So close to the beach that we could hear the ocean from the primary bedroom. Loved our stay!

Short visit to Avalon/Stone Harbor to satisfy the call of the Ocean. Mistakingly made this reservation for 2023 and didn't realize it until on the way to the property. Shawn helped resolve the issue and made my visit possible. The property is in a great location. Close to the Avalon downtown area and a short block to a great beach. Shawn was a very engaged and helpful Host.

This property is ideally located for instant access to the lovely Avalon beach and just two short blocks to local restaurants and shops. Well-equipped unit although the bathroom and shower are quite small. Overall, perfect location for a week or weekend getaway.

As repeat renters, we never get tired of staying at this condo; it is just the best location to be close to all the action Avalon has to offer! There is nothing better than looking out the front windows at the ocean view any time of day or night!! Wonderful, responsive owners who are interested in making your stay the best it can be. The unit is cozy and well-stocked with anything you could need for a pleasant stay!

Super cute 3BR condo one block from beach and across the parking lot from arcade and ice cream shop, restaurant. Sitting on retro balcony, we could see the ocean while enjoying our morning coffee. Great for families with kids (play station and TV in kids’ room), teens and adults! Parking lot across from condo provides ample free overflow parking. Shawn was super helpful and responsive — made sure all our questions were answered and we enjoyed our stay. Once we figured out the remote entry and app, it was convenient. Beach amenities (chairs, umbrella, towels, toys, beach tags) provided. Indoor shower tight but outdoor shower nice. Thanks Shawn for a wonderful stay!
