We celebrated Christmas with our adult children at this amazing house on Lake of the Ozarks. Plenty of space to accommodate 7 of us with everyone having their own bedroom, big table to play games, fully equipped kitchen to cook all our meals, and a hot tub to relax in while looking out over the lake! Communication was awesome with quick responses to my many inquiries. House was very clean and as a bonus, decorated for Christmas! Thanks for a very memorable holiday getaway for our family!

We so enjoyed our long weekend on the lake.
The house is roomy and well appointed with everything we needed and more. The cove was quiet and peaceful with pretty lake views day and night. Having your own backyard waterfall at the flip of a switch was an added bonus!

My wife and I and our dog had a wonderful time staying at this home. What more could you ask for?
This home has a Pool Table and a Hot Tub and a nice Dock which was great for Fishing.
Rented a Pontoon Boat from the Marina just up the cove and they allowed use to bring it to the home and keep it there during our stay, which made for some beautiful morning sunrise fishing on the lake.
The Host is Super and was more than willing to address any concerns we had and was very helpful with her knowledge of the area.
So we had a Big Home right on the Lake with a beautiful view with our own Boat Dock, Hot Tub and Pool Table with a Great Host and we had Great Weather and the Fish were Biting at a Great Price.
This home lived up to the 5 Star reviews it has and I am adding ours to the list.

We really like this property as we have now stayed there twice. The only negatives were did not get code to get in until 50 minutes before 4:00, which did make me a bit nervous. I texted twice to get the information. The mattress in the basement was not comfortable at all. One side was worse than the other but believe that it needs to be replaced.
Positives were clean, great location, had everything we needed. The kitchen is very nice. The dock, the decks and the hot tub are wonderful.
Overall I would actually give it a 4.7!!

Beautiful property. Lighted gazebo and rock waterfall were such a wonderful way to spend an evening. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. Nice quiet cove and private dock. Plenty of space for my family to relax and spread out. Susan was very prompt and helpful with her messages - I would stay here again in a heartbeat

Our check-in was seamless and communication was prompt and helpful. Our short stay was very relaxing and just what we were hoping for. We took advantage of renting a tri-toon, hiking, hot-tubbing, and hitting some restaurants. The place was very peaceful. We would rent again. Thanks Susan!

We stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. The house is nice and homey and well laid out. There was 6 adults and 2 kids and we had plenty of space. The owner Susan was fantastic to work with and very attentive to our needs. The Blue Cat down the street has great food and is very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

The accommodations were perfect for our mission of haven’t good access to the lake’s various restaurants and golf courses. We managed to do a lot in three days. Would definitely recommend for either a family or friend group getaway.

The house was beautiful! The nature that you get to witness as you relax on the patio or in the adorable pergola sitting area is unmatched. Highly recommend this as place to stay your next trip to the ozarks!

Communication started a week or so before the reservation time. We have stayed other places where we left blind, not knowing if we actually had a place to sleep.
The house is beautiful, just like the pictures. Very clean. Kitchen is well stocked, utensils, cook wear and dishes. Enough towels for everyone, we had 9 people . Grill worked great.
The best part was the shore line. We sat and watched many fish and ducks, that came right to us. The shore line is very clear. The cove is calm for swimming, paddle boarding, or kayaks.
If you like to walk, there are very safe places with lots of wild life. The area is very clean.
We rented a boat and jet skis, navigating the dock was easy. There is a large no wake zone, so it takes time to get out. However, that adds to the calm cove. The boat rental was 9 minutes by car and right off the cove on the water. They were great too.
We had a wonderful fun, and relaxing time.
The owners have already contacted me asking how they could be better. What else could you ask for. Best trip to Lake of the Ozarks. we have gone many years and have stayed many places.

Great accommodations for the family! Had so much fun! Everyone loved the pool table and hot tub! Rented a boat for the day very convenient and close to the house, great restaurants near by, great time! Susan was great with any questions we had! Will rent again.

Property was everything we hoped for. Clean, nice, comfortable, everything you would need for a wonderful stay. The area is very nice, right on the lake but not far from lots of good restaurants. Rented a boat nearby and had a great day on the lake. Communication with Susan was the best and easiest of anywhere we have stayed. Looking forward to a return stay soon!

This is an amazing house right on the lake, perfect for staying with a group of friends, or even just for a couple. The house is beautiful, large, lots of space, great views of the lake, great for fishing right off the dock.
The owner Susan was very accomidating, excellent communication, available when I had questions, just an all around fantastic experience and stay- I will be back!

Great place, but kiddo slipped on a poorly planned hot tub exit. Pure slippery tile right outside of the tub needs to be fixed. Otherwise good place for a big crew.

Home was just as advertised. We had three couples who basically had a floor to themselves. Owners have thought of everything including recharging stations in the bedrooms for your electronic devices. Everyone enjoyed the decks, sunroom, and boat dock where we caught bluegill, crappie and catfish. Relaxed in jet tub at the end of day. Would definitely stay again.

We did a sister's retreat for my Bday and this was a PERFECT property for us, the picture do not do this property justice because when we step thru the doors it was just BEAUTIFUL, clean, and spacious and the communication with the property owner was AWESOME

With the weather being less than cooperative the rental could not have been better. Many amenities ( board games, books, dvds, video games, pool table, hot tub) helped us enjoy our downtime and attention to details (well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and toiletries) allowed us to relax without rushing out for needed items. House was generally in very good shape and accommodated 4 adults and 4 children very well with plenty of space and bathrooms for all. Additionally, we have stayed in numerous rental properties over the years and Susan’s communications and recommendations were some of the most thorough and thoughtful we have received. Would not hesitate to return and highly recommend.

We cam armed with our two son, a daughter, a son-in-law, and a dog. The 4 bedroom 3.5 bath set-up worked out really well. The large screen TV was easy to navigate and allowed for holiday football watching and family movie viewing. We enjoyed fishing, playing pool, and the hot tub. It ended up an great fit for what we were looking for - a week away during the holidays.

We had an amazing time. Great location and beautiful view of the lake. It was colder during our stay so the hot tub and fireplace was perfect. The pool table, bar and gaming/ TV room was also a nice bonus. I would definitely recommend this home and we will definitely be back. The host was great and had open communication which is wonderful. Can't wait to come back!

Pros- Easy check-in, good location, pool table, hot tub, dock/boat option.
Cons- Steep driveway, limited parking, cleanliness (large spider webs in fans & plant decor, pet hair on floor, crumbs on couches, bugs in a lot of corners and windows) Ice machine didn’t work in fridge and water filter needs to be changed -water from fridge not even cold. Over-all average stay but I think cleaning needs done better (especially being it’s a pet-friendly home)

Owner was very responsive to any issues and she seemed to genuinely care about everything being right.
I would have given an overall 4 rating if it weren’t for the owner. She earned the 5 by her prompt responses to make things right.

This was an excellent place to stay. The 3 levels worked well for us. The outside and dock were great for fishing. The hot tub was very nice. We had most everything we needed. These are a few things that we would have liked. More than one trash bag per trash container. Also would have been nice to have at least a small bottle of shampoo and body wash. If you rent this vrbo, make sure to bring some.
Overall it was great! We enjoyed our time and would possibly rent this one again.
