Il nostro condominio Gold Camp è un anno perfetto per scappare! Questo condominio è un'ottima opzione e un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo data l'eccellente posizione, i continui aggiornamenti e servizi, la pulizia e l'alta funzionalità.
-Posizione, posizione, posizione. Facile accesso da e verso Peak 8 e la città. Situato a solo 1/4 di miglio dalla base del Peak 8. Arrivare da e verso le piste da sci e la città è rapido e conveniente con la navetta GRATUITA che ti preleva e ti riporta indietro. La fermata della navetta è a breve distanza (2-5 minuti a piedi) dal condominio.
-Bella vista sulle montagne e posizione tranquilla sul retro del complesso Gold Camp. Nessuna vista sul parcheggio.
-L'alto soffitto a volta, le finestre e le luci del cielo forniscono molta luce naturale e spaziosità.
-Gli aggiornamenti continui includono:
-Cucina aggiornata con NUOVI elettrodomestici, ripiani in granito, pavimenti, armadi, ecc.
-Aggiornato bagno e zona trucco.

We have stayed in five different properties in Breckenridge over the years. This was by far the nicest. The location to the ski hill was great. We also appreciated the ski locker so we didn't have to carry equipment up flights of stairs. The amenities were as described and check in and check out was easy. Our daughter has some health issues so we greatly appreciated how clean everything was. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a great 5 night stay at this condo! This place was clean, and everything was exactly as it was in the listing. The owners were very responsive to each question, and provided the simple check in instructions in advance. The shuttle to peak 7 and 8 was a quick walk and very convenient.

Did a bros trip to Breck with a coworker and my actual brother. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Julie and Kevin’s condo; would absolutely book again!

Kitchen was perfect as it was equipped with everything you need. The actual location of the unit was a plus for views as others have a parking lot view, not so for this property. We utilized the second bedroom for luggage since there were just two of us and the queen bedroom would have been a challenge to accommodate all our bags and stay organized.
The BIG negative which is a seasonal issue: visiting in the summer with a complex that has no a/c, the only time we were somewhat comfortable was in the early morning. Even with windows open and both portable fans in use, the unit was very warm (sleeping was not restful).
Also, be cautious of the washer/dryer on the first floor. Obviously not the owners fault but somehow, my one load resulted in three new hiking shirts being spotted with what appears to be a dark greasy substance.

Loved the condo. It had everything we needed. It was surprisingly accommodating for 6 of us. The beds are comfortable. Loved that there were plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels. I was nervous about one bathroom but the extra sink area made it manageable. Fans in the bedrooms were nice as well.
The downstairs neighbor that owns that condo was noise sensitive. They came up a couple of times. With 2 smaller kids, that was a bit difficult. They were nice after an introduction, but it would have been helpful to know this ahead of time.

Excellent place to stay in Breckenridge, just off Peak 8. Owners were very responsive, apt was clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with essentials. Views were spectacular, especially the sunrises. Just a very short walk to the Breck Free Ride. Made a lot of fabulous memories with my family this past week. Thank you!!

This property is 100% amazing. The most stocked VRBO we have ever used, clean and convenient. The owners were able to accommodate our early arrival which was wonderful. We enjoyed the slopes so much this week and the town restaurants were great. Our favorite was Kenosha Grill and Smoke. Everyone should go there! Thank you so much for a great week.

My husband and I absolutely LOVED our stay! The condo had beautiful views and was very close to downtown Breckenridge and the slopes. The owners were responsive and easy to get a hold of when we had questions. The condo was very clean and exceeded our expectations!

My wife, 3 year old son, and I stayed at this awesome place during our ski vacation in Breckinridge. The location was great with a bus stop just outside the apartment and a 5 minute bus drive from Lot F/Peak 9. The apartment was very cute too. FYI, the apartment is on the 3rd floor so a bit challenging if you have heavy bags. Would absolutely stay here again.

Our experience was absolutely amazing! The unit was stunning and met all expectations, plus we were a short two minute walk to the free shuttle that got us wherever we needed to go! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Breckenridge!

All good! Very clean! Great location : you are 8 min by foot from the 4 o’clock slope that allows you to skip the waiting time for the bus. The appartement is very nice. A small thing is that the heating system makes noise when expanding and contracting. For those with light sleep we recommend ear plugs.

The house was exactly as pictured! We were in the center of everything. Peak 8&9 are walking distances. Owners were very friendly & responded in a timely fashion. The only upset we had was the main guest room not getting cool enough at night. I would still recommend this home to anyone!

My family and I are very content with our stay at this location. I would absolutely recommend this place. Property owners accommodated us to the late arrival and unexpected schedule change of our shuttle. We were so worried that we were gonna spend the extra time outdoor (in the cold) with our luggages. We are so greatful for that accommodation.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy condo. The location was great - we enjoyed being on the ski hill side of town, close to peak 8 and hiking trails and just minutes from downtown. The fireplace was a warm welcome after our hikes and the kitchen was well appointed. The vaulted ceiling made the place feel so spacious and the extra windows kept it bright and full of sunshine! Would love to come back in the ski season.

The condo was exactly as pictured, very comfortable, functional, and accommodating for our family. The location is great; we just took the free bus whenever we wanted to go into town. Spacious kitchen, and everything you need to eat and enjoy a meal there.

I Have to say this was one of our favorite family trips! one of the most important parts of vacation is staying somewhere comfortable, clean, and relaxing! This condo hit the spot! It is on the 3rd floor the view was beautiful! The location is awesome! you are close to shopping, and ski slopes. We have children ranging from 6-13 and we all loved skiing. It was all our kid's first time and our host was so helpful with any questions and recommendations for our trip. We can for Christmas and they even put up a little Christmas tree for us! We enjoyed sitting by the fireplace and drinking hot cocoa on the patio! The room my husband and I stayed in was a great size for us. The second room had enough room for our three girls. The kitchen was perfect for cooking with our kids, making cookies, and just hanging out altogether. I was very impressed with all the kitchen had. You can tell these hosts really cared for anyone staying and to top it off my husband left his bible his family got for him behind and our host mailed it back to us! We truly appreciated everything they did for us!

This property is nestled in the trees just up the hill from Main Street Breckenridge. We enjoyed the picturesque views from the balcony for morning coffee. The property itself is very well done and extremely comfortable. We enjoyed family time together in the evenings in front of the fire and watching the giant TV. This unit provides everything a family needs to enjoy their time in scenic Breckenridge, Colorado.
