Rainbow Bungalow, il nostro primo bungalow, è stato appositamente progettato per essere un luogo ideale in cui riunirsi piccoli gruppi. Con 2 camere da letto matrimoniali e un soppalco arredato con 3 futon, Rainbow è stato progettato per essere flessibile e invitante. Una cucina moderna offre un ottimo intrattenimento per chi ama cucinare e 2 1/2 bagni offrono non solo privacy, ma anche comodità! La grande comunità e gli spazi privati sono solo alcune delle cose che rendono Rainbow così attraente. Sia che tu preferisca coccolarti accanto al fuoco con un libro, scappare nel loft per un film o radunarti al tavolo per giocare una partita competitiva di Scrabble, Rainbow Bungalow è pronto ad accogliere. Rainbow bungalow is a lovely property right on the Sandy River. Perfect place to snuggle into on a rainy November weekend. Gas fireplace adds a lovely touch. Hot Tubbing during a rain storm was a unique and fun experience.

We’ve stayed at this cabin a few times before and really like it. It is very cozy and close to many great hikes. One suggestion we have is that they switch to fragrance-free cleaning products, such as in the laundry detergent. Fragrances in cleaning products are typically made from synthetic chemicals that many people like me have allergies and sensitivities to.

The property needs lots of maintenance, a good cleaning inside and outside and general repairs and touch ups. We had read about issues with the futons upstairs which clearly have not been addressed. The futons have clearly worn out, and I have to believe there are some good day beds or other furniture that can transition to beds as needed. The hot tub looked filthy outside and in, outside chairs were dirty and covered in cobwebs. The exterior needs some paint, working light bulbs, etc. I appreciate the need to keep it rented, but regular maintenance and updates are always a good idea!

The first contains the wrong entry code (someone else mentioned this as well). The second contains the correct entry code. Once we figured that out, we were good to go. We had some questions for the property manager but she didn't get back to us in a timely manner - the only way to contact her is through VRBO.

We had a small overnight slumber party as a baby shower. The peaceful serene environment, surrounded by trees with riverfront view was the perfect location! The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable & despite only having 2 bedrooms, feels spacious. We loved the firepit & hot tub. We will definitely return.

We were looking forward to spending a relaxing and restorative night on this property. I had sent a couple of emails indicating that we were all interested in using the Hot Tub after a full day of hiking and was more than a little disappointed when we arrived to hear that it had broken down and that it would take hours before the water would get hot. It never got hot for our stay. While I understand that these things happen and are out of our control, I can't explain why, given our indicated interest, the tub was full of gravel and sand and the lights surrounding the tub did not work! Additionally, we were hoping to do some grilling for dinner but when we opened the grill and saw how unkept it was, we determined it was a bit unhygienic and decided to eat out. While the property is well situated and has a lot of potential, it needs a bit of care.

It was a beautiful little cabin to have a girls getaway. It was rainy but we opened the back doors to listen to the rain and the river it was so relaxing and a perfect time. Thank you Keri!

Due to terrible communication and a false phone number for the property manager, my friend was locked out, had to bother the neighbors, and was stuck for hours while I tried to solve the issue. Here's what happened: They sent an email that said "Here are the keys to your rental" with directions and the lock code, so I sent it to my friend who would arrive three hours before we would. She got there, the code didn't work, and called the number listed for the property manager, to be told it was a wrong number. I called VRBO and was on hold indefinitely, then tried their "24/7" Chat helpline, which told me it would connect me to a human in 5 minutes, but then said "This chat was discontinued." My friend then had to bother the neighbors to see if they knew anything. After trying everything we could think of, I searched my email to double check the code, only to see that in the afternoon on the day of our arrival, they had sent another email with a different code. This is terrible practice! My friend wasted hours of her time outside in the cold as a result of shoddy management on the part of the owner and VRBO. The property itself was nice, but our one-night stay was dramatically reduced and we paid astronomical fees for a couple of hours together when we could have had many more. I've never rented a place at this price point and not been able to get ahold of a manager in case there was a problem. Do not trust this manager or rent this property.

Great property for family vacation. The proximity to the river and the hot tub was fantastic. The cabin was perfect for four adults and two grandchildren.

We had an amazing time at this cabin. We were looking for a cabin with comfort and character and we found it in this property. It was very cold but the cabin was warm and cozy upon our arrival and the craftsmanship of the cabin is really a big part of the character. We loved the outdoor fire pit and the river. The hot tub was amazing and the beds were super comfortable. We got very restful sleep and had a great time!
