This location just couldn't be better. Only a few blocks to Bourbon Street and the French Quarter, it was much more quiet than if we were in the FQ. If you are visiting from the suburbs or a small town, don't forget this lovely apartment is IN the heart of a city. There are city noises; however, they were less than I expected. Simple ear plugs go a long way in cancelling such noises at bedtime. The bed was extra comfy, the bathroom scrumptious, and the kitchen well equipped. The management company is very helpful and gave us lots of great suggestions. When we go back to NOLA, we will use this same company and (hopefully) stay in this same apartment/building. We hope sooner than later!

Beautiful place, in good shape, with ample services/resources. Excellent location. Street noise wasnt too bad with the exception of some early morning garbage runs. Would certainly stay again. Staff was pleasant and helpful, and provided us with tons of useful information.

My wife and I stayed for a week and had a great time. The apartment is well-cared for and a fun place to stay. I was able to easily chat with the property owner while I was there to organize late checkout. I'd definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. This was our first time staying outside of the French Quarter. This condo is very close to the Quarter as well as Canal and Poydras Street so you have lots of great options for restaurants. The condo was quiet with the exception of when trash pick up occurred in the alley behind the building however that typically happened around 8am so it didn't interrupt our sleep. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious. Lots of counter space in the bathroom. Condo was clean and we will definitely return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Proximity to many destinations a real plus - no need for a car. The only negative is pre-dawn noise in the alley behind the building.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this property so much for our New Orleans vacation! It is so close to the French Quarter without being all up in the action. It was easy to walk everywhere we needed. Communication with the property management was clear and the instructions for check-in and check-out were easy to follow. The condo was clean and stock with a few complimentary essentials, which we appreciated. We’d definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking to be near all the center of the city while still being able to get away and relax at the end of the day!

We really enjoyed this charming condo, great base to walk to French Quarter and the WW II Museum. Nice dining nearby. Bathroom walls need cleaning.

The location was perfect! It was walking distance to the French Quarters. Barbara the host was extremely accommodating and helpful. The condo was super cute and had just about everything we needed. My only suggestion would be a few more towels for guest staying several days.

Everything about our stay this past weekend was top notch! The booking process, the customer service, the condo itself, the location, the check in/out process…was seamless!! I have stayed in many vacation rentals, but I have NEVER encountered such informative, knowledgeable and friendly service from the owners/agents like I did with this rental. They really know how to serve! Now the condo itself is AMAZING! It’s in the best little spot! Parking is available (~28/day) in garage directly across from the condo. Cheaper than valet at the hotels. The condo was SUPER clean! Super modern! Provided everything we needed for the long weekend stay! Complimentary beverages in the fridge is an impressive touch!! The bed was comfy. The ceiling fan in the bedroom packs a punch and we even talked about wanting to get that exact one for our son’s bedroom! The best part of the bedroom is how dark it stays in the morning with no outside windows in the room!! Very little noise except for a few times people coming and going in the hallway, but not at all a bother. Nothing obnoxious like we experience when we stay in hotels. Very safe around the entire area…we walked everywhere! Amazing cafes within walking distance. Caught the trolley just a couple blocks away one day. Super easy walk to French Quarter, Jackson Square…riverfront. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place and the agency and I will recommend it to any of my friends when they want to visit NOLA!

Brought my neice to NOLA for a long weekend and we loved this rental. Cool building, clean, large bathroom, comfy bed, nice kitchen etc. It is not in yhe quarter so kone of the noise, but within a few blocks walk to nice restaurants shops and bars. We loved the corner cafe for breakfast- Marjorias Commerce- get the biscuits!! We had great communication with the manager of the property and no concerns ir issues at all. Highly recommend!

Great location, easy check-in, clean, cute condo, good comminication with property manager, nice kitchen. Unfortunately, we could hear all the neighbors through the walls and the alley was very noisy pretty early in the mornings. The furniture (including the bed) were really uncomfortable and meant 6 restless nights of tossing and turning. My biggest suggestion would be to upgrade the mattress, couch and table seating for a more comfortable stay.

We had an amazing weekend in NOLA! From the reservation to the check out, this was just the best process. The condo was spot-on and clean and the host was easy to reach when we had any questions/concerns. All around a great place to stay and I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone looking for a great location and fantastic accommodations!

The property was very clean, well equipped and the online pictures are very accurate. There is a parking garage across the street. The property is very safe and secure.

Great condo, good location.
One feature you need to change is the TV set up, you need to put local channels on the system. Watching 40 year old Price is Right is not good, the movie we’re old. Pay the extra money and get local channels.

Luxury amidst history
Our stay was perfect. Beautiful condo steeped in history, with unique details to bring the theme to life. The location was very accessible to the French Quarter and Central Business District. It was close to the action without being right in the middle of it. Other attractions just an uber ride away. Great service from the property managers. I would highly recommend and would love to stay here again someday.

Very clean, quiet, and easy to access this property. I love having key pads to access the building and then the apartment which makes keys not necessary.

Where You Want To Stay!!!
Property is beautiful! Extremely well kept. Everything you need is there. I bit of a walk to Bourbon St. But everything is a walk around the Quarter. Was great to be on St. Charles especially for the StreetCar!!

My Birthday this year was to make up for the year before! I had never been to NOLA before so expectations were high. This was a fantastic location, close to ALL the plans, safe, SO SO comfortable, everything we needed! Even included a few gatorades, water bottles, & beads! If that wasn’t enough there was also Laundry detergent (it rained-no surprise), easy access w codes/locks, detailed staging/comfort for indoor pictures, & picturesque building views!!! This property & management made things easy! I could go on & on! The stay was too short, but plans to return, especially using this location! The only thing I’d have loved more would’ve been parking that didn’t cost on top of the lodging but we figured that in with everything else. Parking worked well & had security so everything was safe. It was a birthday visit I’ll never forget!

What a cool place. It was very comfortable and located inside great part of New Orleans. The decor of old news paper articles was a really nice touch. Communication with the host was very easy and appreciated. Highly recommend this place. Thanks!!
