Mentre ti avvicini alla villa, hai un parcheggio nel tuo ampio garage per 2 auto (non ci sono lunghe camminate dalla macchina alla tua porta d'ingresso) e i tuoi ospiti hanno un parcheggio per gli ospiti facile proprio di fronte alla tua proprietà. Questa casa ha tutte le ultime funzionalità in cucina con ripiani in granito massiccio, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e legni naturali. Il soggiorno e la sala da pranzo sono luminosi e luminosi con soffitti a volta, un sacco di finto camino, finestre HDTV a schermo piatto e una porta sul patio coperto e arredato.
La zona al piano di sotto ha 1 camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale e il bagno 3/4 con doccia. We love this location in Scottsdale. Close to walking trails, the golf course, dining and shopping options. The property was comfortable for a short stay. Our two biggest issues were that the Direct TV reception was not good and the carpet was pretty stained and should probably be replaced.

Great location in Scottsdale. Nice to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Could use a little TLC, such as oiling squeeky doors. We enjoyed the nice pool and hot tub.

We love going to Scottsdale and will return the golfing is great and so is the City. BUT the accommodations were pretty pathetic. The owner needs to take the time to do some maintenance and upkeep on this property. Its has great bones and wonderful potential but they have not taken care of it. The sink is being held up with 2x4's and the heat/air circulation vents are black. Carpets are dirty and walls are pretty messed up. The pool was cold no one was using it. The property management company is pretty good and helpful. When the garage door opener wouldn't work they came and repair them.

We love going to Scottsdale and will return the golfing is great and so is the City. BUT the accommodations were pretty pathetic. Location was wonderful...easy access to all areas we were visiting and close to grocery store; think nice/easy walk to store to pick up items for dinner! Townhouse was very nice and furnished well, including pots/pans for cooking. The main floor bedroom was wonderful for my dad who has hip/back issues, while providing him privacy and solace from listening to business phones calls my husband and I had. The only negative....the coffee maker might be possessed.....most days the filter collapsed causing a huge mess for me to clean.
