Questa è una delle case più grandi con il più magnifico Waterview su Marco Island. La camera da letto principale è molto spaziosa e dispone di bagno principale con doccia a vapore separata con nove teste doccia e vasca idromassaggio separata. C'è una grande area patio all'aperto, con diversi posti a sedere, zona salotto all'aperto, con barbecue e frigorifero, tutti i servizi fantastici che sono sicuri di soddisfare i nostri ospiti.
Ci sono 4 camere da letto al secondo piano. Tre di questi hanno accesso ad un ampio balcone dove si possono avere viste mozzafiato di via navigabile, del golfo e del tramonto. La camera da letto principale è al primo piano, nonché un ufficio separato e ben separato. Al primo piano, c'è anche una pensione separata, con una camera da letto / studio.
Questo è un ottimo rifugio per dimenticare lo stress e godere di un'esperienza indimenticabile.

Great property, great location. My group consensus was that the mattresses need to be replaced. They are worn out and generally uncomfortable. The pool heater never got the pool to a comfortable temperature in the 5 days that we stayed there.

We were able to accommodate 4 families in one wonderful house. We were able to have areas to be together and yet there were spaces we could spread out to have quiet times. Kiki was a great host.

Magnificent property
From the moment we walked in to this property we knew we had found some thing special. The house and grounds are gorgeous in every way. The water views from every room were incredible. We took my husband to celebrate his 60th birthday along with our children and grandchildren, party of 12. we spent five days at this house and pretty much never left. We enjoyed our time in the pool, the hot tub, fishing off the dock, kayaking and cooking all our meals in the well appointed kitchen. There was room for everyone to spread out. Everyone in our group commented on how wonderful this experience was. One of the great things about this house is that the property manager Kiki is never more than a text away if any issues came up. Thanks again to Kiki for allowing us to have this home for a fabulous family experience and to make new memories

Everything was exactly as depicted. The property is in a great location within minutes of dining and stores. the home is beautiful and KiKi is more than responsive.

Beautiful home on Smokehouse Creek bay. Spacious, well-appointed. Incredible pool with view. Enjoyed morning coffee and many evenings on the lanai with grilling, water, sunsets. Great open family area around the kitchen. Took advantage of the kayaks, fishing gear. Nice dock served our boating well. One question came up with a prompt response from the owner, service and resolved within the hour. Thoroughly enjoyed our time, thank you.

The pictures from the pool do not do the property justice. It is spectacular. The southern exposure, infinity pool and palm trees create an incredible venue. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy the sun in peace. The house is epic, but needs, as someone earlier described, some TLC.

The pictures from the pool do not do the property justice. It is spectacular. The southern exposure, infinity pool and palm trees create an incredible venue. The property is beautiful… The views are spectacular. The only thing the whole needs a little bit of TLC but it’s really not bad at all. Needs a little bit of updating and may be another queen bed instead of two rooms with bunkbeds and twin beds. Overall beautiful!

We are so thankful for getting the opportunity to have our entire family together in this beautiful Marco Island house with amazing bay-view setting and awesome pool and spa. Plenty of room for all with great kitchen area for family meals, numerous dining areas and patios. Property manager was very responsive and jumped on any issue immediately. We hope to return again in the future!

We are so thankful for getting the opportunity to have our entire family together in this beautiful Marco Island house with amazing bay-view setting and awesome pool and spa. Plenty of room for all with great kitchen area for family meals, numerous dining areas and patios. Property manager was very responsive and jumped on any issue immediately. Wonderful Marco Island Family vacation
We had an amazing stay at this property! The house is incredibly well located, well stocked and large enough for our big family. The dock was an added bonus as we rented a boat to head to some nearby beaches. Kiki was a wonderful host and extremely responsive with all of our questions before and during our stay. She even took the time to mail back my husband's laptop which he left at the house, which we are obviously very grateful for! I would stay again at this house in a heartbeat. A+

Marco Island Home
We had a very nice time at the property. I am sure at one point, the house was "magnificent," but in our evaluation it falls short of that level now - especially given the price. Some knobs and cabinets were in disrepair, the outdoor furniture was dirty, and most disappointing, was the pool never heated to a comfortable level. Beautiful home, wonderful outdoor seating area and views, but the overall state of the home should be better at this price. All in all, fairly nice but far from magnificent.

This house has a view and pool that are amazing. The host was communicative and solved any problem we had promptly. The only drawback was that some of the fixtures were slightly broken, one dishwasher out of order and dated furniture. For the price it would have been nice for things to be a little better maintained. But all that said the host was super helpful and accommodating.

House was in a great location on the water facing west. Minutes to the gulf by boat. We had a great time.

Deferred maintenance not good. Door knobs falling off. Chairs that are to wobbly to sit in. Pool heating system that doesn't allow the water to get to a reasonable temp.

This is an absolutely incredible house. Gorgeous. Beyond spacious. On beautiful and relaxing Marco Island. The amazing and huge outdoor space with bar, grill, tv, comfy lounge chairs, hammock, many tables and chairs for outdoor dining and the sliders that make much of the house indoor/outdoor living is what is super exceptional. The vanishing edge pool which vanishes right into the ocean is breathtaking. The pool and spa are huge and we played and played all day on the pool and using the dock and kayaks. The house has everything you would need and the owner is super kind and very responsive. Thank you fir making our vacation so special. We will definitely be back!!

This is an absolutely incredible house. Gorgeous. Beyond spacious. On beautiful and relaxing Marco Island. The amazing and huge outdoor space with bar, grill, tv, comfy lounge chairs, hammock, many tables and chairs for outdoor dining and the sliders that make much of the house indoor/outdoor living is what is super exceptional. The vanishing edge pool which vanishes right into the ocean is breathtaking. The pool and spa are huge and we played and played all day on the pool and using the dock and kayaks. The house has everything you would need and the owner is super kind and very responsive. Thank you fir making our vacation so special. We will definitely be back!!
