SPETTACOLARE descrive tutto di questa casa. L'enorme camera familiare all'ultimo piano e la cucina ben attrezzata dove intrattenere il tuo gruppo di 12 persone. Ci sono viste sul Golfo del Messico o su Santa Rosa Sound da ogni finestra. 2 camere matrimoniali con bagno privato, più altre 2 camere da letto e un futon e due letti singoli in camera familiare. Vicino alla piscina della comunità. Un molo che si estende di 180 "nel suono per pescare e / o guardare i tramonti serali. TV in ogni stanza con molti film e NetFlix. Solo una breve passeggiata attraverso le dune del Golfo. Forniamo anche teli da mare, un carro per la spiaggia e molti giochi di sabbia. Tutto ciò che serve per mettere in valigia è una macchina fotografica e i tuoi vestiti!

Great view and short walk to the gulf. Close enough to activity in Pensacola, but far enough away to have the beach to ourselves. The kitchen is VERY well stocked with everything we needed to make 3 meals a day. We enjoyed the puzzles and loads of comfy seating for family time together.

Our stay was fantastic. The house location is perfect for families, close to both the beach and the sound side. The house is very well stocked. The living room is spacious for a large group. Would highly recommend.

Easy check-in. Abundantly well-stocked kitchen. My mom usually travels with cooking gear as most rentals we've enjoyed over the years don't have enough skillets, utensils, pots, etc. There is more than enough for anything you could possibly want to do in that kitchen! We used the community pool & beach access on both the Gulf & the sound side daily- it's a short walk to all. There are plenty of beach towels, beach toys, boogie boards & floats for your use. The outside shower is a nice amenity. I used it every day to rinse off and minimize tracking in sand. Make sure to bring extra bathroom tissue & paper towels as a nominal supply is provided & our group of 9 went through that pretty quickly.

This is the 7th time we have stayed at this property.
It needs some TLC and a very deep clean.
The location is good. Just a short drive into the action.
The walk to the beach is easy- recommend using the boardwalk just a few more steps down the beach.
There were no beach towels as advertised in the listing.
The community pool was not well maintained. A lot of the same trash from day-to-day scattered around.
