Bellissima villa fronte lago, recentemente rinnovata / ristrutturata situata sul tranquillo cul de sac a Marina Cove. Ottima posizione vicino a Marina e di fronte al gazebo e alla spiaggia. Inoltre vicino al Lake Club, ai campi da golf e al Ritz Carlton Lodge. 1 livello con cucina nuova, soggiorno, sala da pranzo, lavanderia, veranda coperta con vista sul lago, camera matrimoniale con letto king size e bagno adiacente e camera degli ospiti con 2 letti matrimoniali e vasca adiacente. Il portico coperto con vista sul bellissimo Lago Oconee ha un tavolo da pranzo e un'area salotto aggiuntivi. Noleggio barche e moto d'acqua disponibile presso il vicino porto turistico.

Our family has grown and we were in need of extra space to spread out over the holidays. The cozy two bedroom cottage provided our family the extra space and location needed. The view of the lake, warm decor, and comfortable beds were a great bonus! We hope to come back again.

Showers dangerous. If elderly no possibility of getting in and out without falling, very slippery.
Outdoor deck filthy, covered with cobwebs and dead bugs.
Door to downstairs was locked. To access lake have to walk around.
Guest bed noisy with broken springs.
Can only access 4 TV stations, thought we were back in the 60’s.
Nice coffee machine, but no coffee.

Loved being by the marina and enjoyed seeing the boats come and go. Many great walks!
The condo could have been much cleaner and had bugs. Needs a visit by pest control!

My wife and I needed to get away for a couple of days. We brought our pontoon boat. Unit was great. Location was superb. We were able to put our boat in the water and keep it there-docked and tied up - the whole time we were there. All we had to do was walk down a couple of hundred feet get in the boat and take off. Lake is beautiful, houses around the lake are amazing 2 to 10,000,000. Even got out and toured a few that the owners invited us to while we were out. Bathrooms will need to be updated soon, in my opinion

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this lovely VRBO property! We love Reynolds Lake Oconee and have been here many times and rented many different units.
The location at Marina Cove is perfect to access all that Lake Oconee has to offer. The condo was clean, well decorated, well supplied with a view as advertised! The owner was very responsive to any questions and concerns. We will definitely stay here again!

Reynolds is a special place. We loved it after our first visit and decided to move here permanently. Prior to moving in we needed a place to stay and we found this property.
It is a perfect villa setup. Great location, great space, everything you need and overlooks the Linger Longer Marina so perfect place to take a walk.
And note, we had 2 Golden Retrievers with us that loved sitting on the back deck watching the walkers and the boats. And on one of the walks decided to go for a swim !
If we didn't just buy a house at Reynolds I'd be booking this property. Thanks.

Great place and location. We had a minor issue when checking in but the owners were quick to respond. The beds are comfy and the place was clean. We needed to get many of our own staples (tissue, soap, laundry soap, dishwasher cleaner). The location is great - nice walkway around the lake and the neighborhood.

Father's Day weekend getaway
Appreciated the proximity to the water, breezy porch and pet-friendly policy without having the home look like some shabby pet friendly ones we've experienced.

We got off to a little bit rocky start but the host resolved the issues to our complete satisfaction. When we asked people what was avaiable for activities, the response was boating and golf. We are not jet ski kind of people so we were hoping to find a company that offered boat rides or tours of the lakes. We found one that had moved to Florida and the other one was priced for a group so too pricey for just the two of us. But we did drive around and see parts of the lake and had dinner at Gaby's on the Lake one night. My husband used the practice area at Harbor Club golf course. We told the guard at the gate that we were going to the clubhouse and they gave us a pass with no problem. The staff were very helpful and gave golf cart rides up and down the hill to the practice area. Balls were already there so he could walk up and hit. We recommend the Cafe 44 for breakfast - lots of pastries - and the Lake Oconee Bistro for lunch/dinner - lots of beer taps and wine by the glass. The rental was fully stocked including a Keurig machine which made my mornings. Lots of space to relax inside and out on the porch. Great view of the water. We saw about a dozen deer muching along the roads around sunset. They seemed oblivious to the vehicles. We visisted a few attractions in the area - the Antique Mall in Greensboro and the Old Georgia Govenor's Mansion in Milledgeville. Publix, CVS and a variety of restaurants are only a few miles away. Great place to stay!

Reynolds Oconee Villa - Gorgeous views!
The villa was well decorated, very clean, yet inviting to kick up your feet and relax with the view of the water. Reynolds is a very clean and well kept resort area.

This cottage is perfectly located for beautiful views of the lake and nice trails for walking. Really liked how the cottage was decorated. Nice and quiet location so a good night sleep is easy to experience.

Fun time at the Lake
The property is very well maintained and nicely furnished. We loved the locations on the quiet cul-de-sac. View is lovely and we enjoyed taking our poodle on the paved walkways on the lake front. The owners were very responsive to any of our questions.
We enjoyed renting a pontoon boat one day and cruised all around the lake. The fall colors were still beautiful. Being from Florida having a "fall" was a treat. We drove to Madison and Athens one day. Lots of fun!
