Our family was welcomed by our gracious host and the property far exceeded our expectations. It was a home away from home. The home was clean, tastefully decorated, well stocked with anything you could possibly want. The property offers loads of space with privacy as needed. The location was perfect to loads of attractions. The entire experience made are holidays very delightful. We would stay here again and again!

Home away from home
We were in Florida for a wedding and vacation. The house was wonderful. It was well furnished and spotlessly clean. The location was right between the wedding location and the attractions at Disney. Even more amazing are the owners. Dellynne and Rick were beyond gracious and kind. Since we were going to be there over Christmas and my wife was sad about not having Christmas decorations I asked Dellynne if she had any old decorations we could put up around the house. When we walked in there was a fully decorated Christmas tree! It made my wife cry. What an amazing kind gesture. There was a bowl of fresh fruit, a refrigerator stocked with essentials and snacks for our stay. Again, all amazing, pleasant surprises. If you are looking for a vacation rental in the area I couldn't recommend Dellynne's place highly enough. Thank you for making our vacation extraordinary!!!

Home away from home
We had a very lovely stay at this property. The house is set next to a beautiful lake near Lakeland. The yard boasts beautiful Florida oaks all hung with Spanish moss. The inside is very roomy, clean and well kept with every amenity.
Our hosts were the quintessence of Southern hospitality. Wonderfully gracious and warm people. They made sure there was some breakfast food ready for us on our first morning in addition to a super collection of snacks and food items for cooking.
We would not hesitate to stay there again. We highly recommend their place if you have reason to be in the area. It was just great and the perfect base for us in the area.

Nice property with great service!
The property was clean and comfortable, about 75 yards from the lake and had many surprises like waters, snacks and many other comforts of home. I would definitely stay again. One small request would be to increase the size of the air flow vents in both guest rooms so the temp was stable throughout the home and rooms. Outstanding overall!

They have thought of everything, the house is immaculately clean, and has a garage to park in.
I just can’t say enough about how gracious the owners were. We stayed twice in their lovely home so we could be with our sister during her final days with pancreatic cancer. Their home is lovely with every kind of amenity one could want. But, beyond that the owners are angels. They prayed for us during our sisters last days and after her death. They were just unbelievable!!!!

Awesome- would stay again in a heart beat!
Super comfortable and well equipped home. We were met by the owner who walked us through the home and made sure we were comfortable. Lots of nice touches we don't often see in other rentals. They had fruit, snacks and even some change for toll roads available to us. If you are looking for a nice, quiet place - this is it! Comfrotable beds, TVs in every room - not a negative thing to say! We will be back.

A lovely home, by the lake and 2 wonderful hosts that did everything they could to make us feel at home. The house has terrific amenities, great location and is a great spot for relaxing with the family. We will be back.

This home was exceptional. We were greeted by the owners and taken through the house. Everything was immaculate and very roomy. The screened in porch seemed to be our favorite spot. They had left us lots and lots of snacks and food to get us started if we didn't make it to the grocery immediately. Even meet some of their neighbors who were very welcoming. Would give it the highest mark +10 more. If ever in this area again, I would definitely try to stay here.

Fabulous - home away from home!
Best place to stay in Aburndale area! Lovely, well appointed, very comfortable home. It is near walking trails,the sports complex and Lake Arietta. So many thoughtful touches - our time there was so relaxing and we felt so pampered! Our hosts Dellynne and Rick we're so friendly, extremely helpful and super easy to communicate with. They went to great lengths to make our stay enjoyable and easy. Looking forward to a return visit!

amazing beyond belief
Everything about our stay at this property was amazing. The owners interaction was over the top. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It was the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. The beds were really comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook for our family. The back porch was one of our favorite features of the home. It is a huge screened in porch with lots of seating, overlooking the lake with lots of trees. The home is located in a nice neighborhood great for walking and riding bikes. We definitely plan on staying here again.

Wonderful!
This is a beautifully comfortable home in a quiet neighbourhood completely outfitted and tastefully decorated. I rented it for friends from Brazil and they could not believe that the owners had not just left there. It was perfect in every way and Dellynne is the perfect host. So attentive and provided extra breakfast items that I did not have time to provide. They have kayaks, bicycles, bbq and a water volleyball court in one of the best lakes in Polk County. I am so pleased to have discovered this home and will definitely rebook!

Great Rental Property!
We stayed in this home during a weekend visit to Lakeland. The home was very comfortable and we didn't lack for anything. The owner had everything we could have needed or wanted already there! We enjoyed the lake, although we didn't have an opportunity to paddleboard, which were included, and also the recumbent bikes. A great walking/running track was close by as well. Will definitely be staying here again when we visit Lakeland again.

Absolute heaven
Everything from the amazing screened in porch to the large two head walk in shower was a treat! Not to mention the lake access! We found ourselves exactly where we wanted to be, With just 20 minutes from Disney, 90 minutes from Kennedy Space Center and an hour from Clearwater Beach we were able to do everything we wanted and enjoy those relaxing days at the house! Oh! And did I mention the owners were extremely tentative and nice, they checked in on us and were very responsive when we had a couple questions about locating a couple things.
All in all this place is a 10/10 and me and my family look forward to visiting again!

Hospitality Extraordinaire!
What wonderful hosts and comfortable property! We arrived after a long (1100 mile) drive to find all of the comforts of home and more! Fresh cut flowers, snacks galore and a well-stocked pantry made it easy to settle in to this peaceful home before beginning our activity-packed week. On any return to this area, this will be our choice of accommodations. Thank you so much for making our week more than we had even hoped or imagined.

Great place to stay!
This house is luxurious and a wonderful place to stay. The bedrooms are large, master bath and walk-in closets are huge, and the kitchen is better than home! The beds are extra comfortable. In fact, we asked the brand name so we can replace our mattress at home. The surroundings are very quiet. We spend most evenings on the large, screened in porch which has a picnic table and plenty of seating. We could see the lake while using the grill. The owners provided snacks and a stocked pantry and refrigerator with lots of basic items. They were very gracious, welcoming and the nicest people you would ever want to meet. We would love to stay there again next spring! We would recommend this to all family and friends. It easily deserves a five star rating!

Relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable
The house is comfortable, beautifully decorated, plenty of kitchenware, and the hosts went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Lots of goodies in the fridge and pantry and even flowers and a card for our mother’s birthday. The screened room was a great place to watch the sunrise over the lake and the perfect spot to entertain our families in the evening. Convenient to shopping yet so quiet you wouldn’t know you were in a neighborhood. Totally delightful stay.

Fabulous property and great owner!
This was our first VRBO and if they were all like this I would do it over and over. We stayed at this property for a week and it was awesome. Dellynne went out of her way to make us feel at home. From the stocked fridge to the candy and flowers in each room. The screened porch was the perfect place to have coffee in the morning and a wonderful spot for dinner off the grill. The sunrise and sunset off the lake were gorgeous. I can’t say enough about the hosts - they were awesome. We will definitely be back!!!

Welcoming and cozy
If I ever need to come back to Auburndale or the surrounding areas, I will definitely be contacting Dellynne to stay at this property. I was at Auburndale for close to two months and I really enjoyed this cozy home. If you are on vacation or on business and are looking to for a place to stay, I would highly recommend this home. Dellynne an her family took really good care of us and I'm sure they will do the same for you.
