The unit was as advertised. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, beach chairs tucked into a closet for our use was nice. We had an issue while we were there, but Lori was super responsive and did the best she could to assist. The communication before we rented (had some questions), after we officially rented, and while we were there was really top notch.

Was celebrating a job anniversary with family and wanted a great place to vacation and this was the one! Great location in Kapaa, close to shops and restaurants. Then the resort itself was very comfortable, and we had a great view of the lazy river and the ocean. Nice quiet 2-bedroom unit with privacy and a good common kitchen living room area. Great communication with the property manager who provided accurate information making the check in/out procedures very easy. We hope to stay here again!

Had several very uncomfortable nights. We had problems with the air condition and after maintenance leaves we could not find anyone. There apparently was an issue with the cooling towers.

This location was a perfect blend of everything crucial. First, the weather was a huge plus. It seemed to us that it rained less than in the north and more southern areas. Of course, the rain comes and goes, and didn't stop us when doing activities in other areas, but it was nice to wake up every day to beautiful sun. Because it's located right in the middle, we easily explored both the northern and southern coasts. There was a grocery store & several other shops across the street. On the property, the pool & hot tubs were just lovely. Super clean & beautiful. I wish they would have allowed a few inflatables in the pool for the kids but other than that, there was nothing not to love about the pool. My kids especially enjoyed the family hot tub & slides. We were there in the fall so the surf was a little more intense & that limited being in the ocean right outside the resort but super close, were a few other beaches that had a little more natural barrier and were better for swimming with small kids. The restaurant on the property opened at 3pm each day & offered delicious food and drinks, as well as a great view. The condo itself was also super clean and felt new. Comfortable beds/pillows and lots of space for our family of 4. I just loved the view every day and appreciated the boggie boards, chairs, & noodles to use. Lori and David were quick to respond and very accommodating. The concierge also offered great advice and was another added plus over other VROBs.

Condo was fantastic! Great location on the property. Great views of the beach/ocean. Super clean and really nice kitchen and bathrooms. Beds were super comfy! Added bonus there were beach chairs, snorkeling gear, and boogie boards for us to use. Would definitely recommend!

I rented this property because my husband likes to sit out on the lanai and stare at the views. We loved the resort because we are seniors and despite being right next to the pool, it was quiet by 9:30pm every night. Lori was a great asset and seemed to respond so quickly that she must be working 24/7! It was everything we expected and as advertised. Since we were there when it was cool, we never used the A/C and let the sliding doors open and fans on and it was cool and comfortable. However we learned that an hour before sunset the mosquitoes come out in droves so don’t sit on the lanai as it overlooks the beautiful koi pond and we unfortunately ended up with a bunch of mosquitoes in our unit when we opened the screen doors to escape from them. But it was still a wonderful stay!

What a very nice place to u wind. Everything was clean, checkin and out super easy, everything worked and the view is awesome. Easy to get anywhere around town just too bad that side of the island there are few swimable beaches as the shores are all rocks; but you can find suitable arrangements nearby. Great access to bike path and supermarket which is a huge plus.

Even more gorgeous views in person. Undoubtedly the best unit in the entire complex. Amazing sunrises every day. Plenty of space. Nice kitchen made lunches easy to stay by the pool the maximum amount of time.

We have traveled extensively staying in numerous hotels and condos in great places. Most times, the pictures advertising our choice of properties for vacation paint a better picture than the actual product. This property was the exception. The decor, condition, space, view, pool area, and supplies pre-stocked for our stay very much exceeded our expectations. Much thanks to the owners and property manager for a wonderful experience. P.S. - Our family of three are pretty avid exercisers; the walking, jogging, biking path along the ocean shore was memorable.

We would go again in a heartbeat. Any problems and Lori got back with us immediately. Loved the property and how close it was to shopping- Walking distance. Our biggest complaint was the traffic. Lots of congestion as the roads and the bridge are being worked on.

We traveled with our kids, ages 10-15. The property is wonderful! We loved the pool, the views from the balconies, beach access and location on the island. This was a very convenient location. The owners are very responsive and accommodating. Thank you for a fabulous stay! We will cherish these family memories!

Beautiful view and location. Quite a bit of dust around A/C vents and on tops of hard to see surfaces. We were more sensitive to this due to dust allergies. Could use a deep cleaning.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. It's everything as described and even better in person. We felt at home and the property met all of our expectations. We’ve stayed at this property before and in this unit before also. Over the years, the property has been well maintained and is as beautiful today as it was ten years ago. My only suggestion for this condo is to add a pizza cutter to the utensils. :) Otherwise-it’s wonderful! We will be back!

We were thrilled with the cleanliness and amenities of this property. The pool area was amazing and the location of the resort allowed us to take day trips exploring much of Kaui. The condo itself was well appointed and we enjoyed being able to cook a few meals in the unit. We hope to return sometime!!!

Perfect everything! Lori is warm and friendly. Makes you want to return. The apartment itself is comfortable and has everything you need. Right across the street from Safeway and Shave Ice! Property managers were prompt to get back to us for any of our questions and wherever we needed additional details. Property itself was clean and furnished with all the necessary items / beach necessaties. Kitchen was more than adequate. With two showers, two bath tubs, three toilets, plenty of bath towels, hand towels, soaps etc - there is nothing to complain.
The resort parking was easy, friendly front office staff and security. Swimming Pool area was fantastic with lazy river, falls, multiple hot tubs and friendly fellow vacationeers. Kids had a blast. Check in / Check out process was easy. The resort is right opposite to Safeway and closer to several good restaurants.
In terms of less than ideal experience - The beaches next to the resort is not as good as Poipu area beaches or HanaLei area beaches. It was an ok experience. Kapaa is area is in the middle between Poipu and HanaLei area and the traffic was bad with roadwork going on in Road 56.
We will definitely visit again to this Beautiful Kauai and stay at this property

Host was really helpful with a last min request. Beautiful views - best of any resort I’ve stayed at!! Lots of room, great property, Lydgate beach was close by and had better snorkeling than a paid excursion. Would definitely recommend and would come back again! Love this place!
