Vi invitiamo a trascorrere un soggiorno rilassante nell'unità 314, recentemente ristrutturata e fresca e accattivante. Questa unità può ospitare fino a sei, con un lussuoso letto king-size nella camera matrimoniale, due letti singoli nella camera degli ospiti, così come un divano letto queen size nella zona giorno. La cucina completa è bella e ben attrezzata con ripiani in granito e elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Il tavolo da pranzo può ospitare sei persone. Il soggiorno e le camere sono dotati di grandi TV a schermo piatto ad alta definizione e lettori DVD. Avrai una vista fantastica dal balcone all'aperto. We had a lovely time at holiday surf and racquet! Condo 314 had everything we needed and was such an amazing stay for us! Thanks for the memories and hospitality, both at the front desk and in our condo. We had so much fun!!

My family and myself have never visited this part of Florida and we found it to be very beautiful with the white and the crystal clear water. The rental unit (314) was clean, spacious and accommodating. The property is well maintained and offer some nice amenities. The reservation process was easy and convenient, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Overall we had a wonderful stay! Room was clean & had most of what we needed! Only bad thing was the master bedroom bed really needs a new mattress. It was really uncomfortable and I woke up several times throughout the night with my back hurting. That was my only bad experience of my stay!

This condo was ok. Definitely nothing special and to be honest we were a little disappointed. Pictures can be deceiving. A lot smaller than it looks and also a lot of little things not deal breakers but definitely needs updated. Lots of chipping paint and patchwork on ceilings. Especially above tub. Stained couch we did not use the pull out but it looked pretty worn. Tub tile needed to be caulked or re grouting. Drain looked like it also needed replaced. Bathroom could have been cleaned alot better. Ice machine in fridge didn’t work. Nothing that was absolutely horrible but definitely would have thought for the price it would have been more well maintained. It was a decent location. Games and pool were nice.
