Beautiful Condo, good for familes, free wifi, near Ghirardelli Square
Larkin Street è una bella, completamente ristrutturato, 2 camere, 2 bagni appartamento in due unità edificio edoardiano su Larkin vicino Ghirardelli Square, parco acquatico, Fort Mason e Marina. E 'stato originariamente costruito nel 1913, con molti dettagli d'epoca tra cui modanature a corona, caminetti e vasche da bagno con i piedini. E 'stato recentemente ristrutturato con bagni ristrutturato e cucina, pavimenti in noce brasiliana al piano di sopra, e tappeti nelle camere da letto. Excellent location and very homey and comfortable. Roof deck cannot be missed!! We felt like we were visiting friends and not staying in some sterile hotel. Look forward to coming backm

Location, location, location!! This condo was the perfect size and location for our family while on vacation with a ton of fun extras like the roof terrace overlooking the bay. We loved being directly between Ghirardelli Square and Francisco Park. Fantastic!!

Nice Condo; great location; very supportive responsive management. We never had any issues but it was clear that if there were problems they would be immediately addressed. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was quite an experience. This is the first vrbo that we ever stayed at where the host was there at arrival and messaged that she would be there before the check out time (without our permission or response). Unusual. Keyless access or a lockbox with the key would have been much better. The refrigerator and kitchen floor and counters were dirty (I wiped hair from the inside of the refrigerator when we arrived so we could store our food in it). It also had the owners food in it. Glass Microwave tray had a big crack. Living room area rug was dirty with hair, and visible crumbs. It was clear it hadn’t been vacuumed in some time. We were unable to control the thermostat due to pre programming.The location was good however both bedrooms have bars on the windows and the house is located next to a liquor store (Mr Liquor). The bedrooms also are at sidewalk level and face the street. Evenings were noisy with liquor store patrons, especially on the weekend. Not ideal for sleeping. Parking was promised at a public ramp several blocks away but after arrival and unloading luggage, etc the key card entry didn’t work so we had the hassle of paying ourselves and messaging the host for a resolution. Stressful for us and not ideal. For the amount charged we expect a lot more. This place would be great if it were updated with contactless entry, and a very deep clean between guests stays.
