It was a great experience! We were right on the water, the condo was a perfect size, and we were within 5 miles of anything we needed. Kids loved the pool area and being able to just walk out to the beach. The parking is no joke - very low clearance. We parked in the ramp across the street and it was not a big deal. Jay and Susan were super responsive the entire time. The 2 things we had problems with didn't impact the trip and they were very grateful to be notified. Definitely a great place to stay and would return!

We were overall very happy with our stay. The location was great with easy access to parking and all nearby attractions. We would definitely recommend to others.

Condo was in great shape. All products listed on the listing were there and full. We will be coming back and staying here again.

We opted to just park across the street and not mess with trying to find a spot on the resort side. We stayed over the July 4th holiday. Yes it was very busy, yes there were wait times but it’s a holiday, we expected nothing less. We were patient and didn’t let it bother us. We tried to take the kiddos to the arcade one day and the only token machine in the arcade was broken so they couldn’t play. We informed a worker and she said the machine never works but no signs were posted so that is something the actual resort needs to correct. The indoor pool wasn’t amazing visually but it served its purpose just fine for our kids to swim and play. We really didn’t utilize the outdoor pool as it was very crowded so we just stayed at the beach. It looked very nice though. As for the unit itself, it was great. Beds all slept just fine. Kitchen area served its purpose. Appliances worked as they should. I would suggest maybe putting another Roku in the living room like what is in the bedroom area. Unit has 2 AC units and they kept the place nice and cool. I sat on the balcony every morning and drank my coffee, it was lovely. Overall we really didn’t have any issues and very much enjoyed ourselves! This unit/resort is more for families wanting to go to the beach rather than a couples get away. Thanks again Jay!!

Property is well maintained and clean. It’s very small for a family, but we definitely made it work for the week we were there. Location close to shops and restaurants. Lots of prescience of property workers (security, maintenance, etc) which I liked in case there was an issue (there was not) Owner was extremely responsive and helpful. A great stay

This property has everything we needed to enjoy our stay! The property owner was quick on responding and giving us information. Check in was super fast and easy! Our room overlooked the beach and could see everything. Was a short trip to anywhere we needed to go and of course… ice cream! When we were done on the beach, the kids got to enjoy the lazy River and indoor pools. The presence of security guards roaming around all the time made it feel safe. All other guests we ran into were also all very friendly! I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again without hesitation.

My mom and I stayed here for our Mother's Day get-away and this place was perfect for us! The oceanfront view from the balcony was spectacular, the place was clean and well equipped with pretty much everything we needed, and the check-in/check-out process was the smoothest I've ever experienced! Jay and Susan were wonderful hosts and made everything so easy and hassle-free! My mom and I both enjoyed our 4-day stay and would definitely stay here again!

This was a cute little condo. Worked well for a small family. I liked being able to use a keypad to get in so we didn’t have to worry about carrying a key or a drawn out check in process.

The view was amazing, but the place was very small. Didn’t like the bedroom being by the hallway where people going to their condos it’s became too noisy we left one day early. Toilet seat needs to be replaced had lots of wear and tear the bed was comfortable.

The property on the outside looks pretty rough, there needs to be some major upgrades to the property and surrounding area. We enjoyed the stay, the rooms were nice. We had a issue with the air when we first arrived but that was taken care as soon as I contacted Jay. The pictures of the sun deck are a little miss leading and I would recommend taking some better pictures. We thought that we would be able to walk right out but once we got on the balcony, it was a straight drop down to the ground, there was no way to get get access unless you left the room and went down a floor. The bathroom is a little tight and needs to be upgraded a little, the toilet needs to be replaced. The only major complaint we had, and this is nothing that the owner can do, is the smell and smoking of weed in this area. It needs to be more kid friendly, the amount of weed smoked could only be imagined. The smell was horrible and there was really nothing that we could do about it. We left early in the mornings and came back late at night to try and avoid for the most part the smell but there was no escaping. The shops down below also were closed. We needed some extra sun screen but there was no where within the facility to get it so we had to travel to the dollar store. The worst part of the entire trip was the parking. WOW the garage is terribly small, it doesn't give you space to operate, the height restriction was the same height as me. Terrible parking! The overflow is better

The property surrounding the room was a bit dirty to no fault of Jay’s. Room was perfect.

The rental was great and we have no complaints. The veiw from the balcony was beautiful and were lucky enough to see dolphins swimming when we were sitting down to eat. Also, it was nice having the indoor pool just below us so my older kids could go swimming and I could check on them just by stepping out of the room and peeking through the windows. The host was quick to respond with questions.

Our family of 5 (kids ranging from 9 months to 13 years old) had a great time spending a week in the condo. The view was stunning, and we were so close to the elevators, trash bins, ice, and vending... it was super convenient. The condo was clean and stocked. The only only thing we needed to buy that I hadn't thought about was dish washing scrubbers. The decor was simple yet pretty, and we got a kick out of the blue crab theme being carried through even to the dishes. Our favorite thing was the fish the bathroom! We loved that there was enough room for us to all sit around the dining table, in the living room, and when pulling the high chair out...we even all could sit on the balcony. It's really hard to find enough seating for us, so this was a big deal. We didn't experience any of the issues in the building (outside the condo) that others reported. Maybe because we were there in the off- season. We really enjoyed the heated outdoor pools and beach access. I'd definitely recommend staying here, and we'll be sure to check if it's open if we come back next year!

Great place and location. 2 parking garages with easy access. Balcony was great with a wonderful view of the ocean, but not private with roof top terrance in front of it. We enjoyed our time of the condo.

We had an amazing time during our stay. The property was just as listed. We had no issues. We would rent again when we return for another trip to Myrtle Beach. My only suggestion would to get the chairs and sofas cleaned. Thank you for your stress free process!!!

Nice place to get away but the parking deck is small. There is the larger deck across the street but didn’t want to cross the street with 2 little kids and groceries and luggage etc…. Other than that we had a good time.

The room was good and Jay was awesome. He was more than accommodating for us. The room has a good ocean view! The facility has some issues that are obviously out of the owners hands. Overall a nice place to stay for an extended weekend.

We really enjoyed our time! I would bring towels next time since housekeeping is once per stay. We were unaware you are unable to use the on site amenities since they get billed to your room key but since booking privately we didn’t have one.

We really enjoyed our stay, it is a 6 person condo but I liked have the extra space for my family of 4. Overlooks the beach with a coffee bar table on the balcony.

Our actual unit was good. It was clean and updated. One maintenance issue was handled by the owner immediately. The overall building/property was dirty and old. Hallway carpets and doors to units were dirty. Elevators were slow and one always seemed to be broken. Trash was not cleared often enough and would pile up. You could see employees break areas, broken furniture, and trash in work areas that weren’t covered. It was not made clear by the unit owner that renters cannot use the Tiki Bar or restaurant on site.

Room was great. Only complaint is something out of Jay and Susan control. My 9 year old got chemical burn from the high amount of chemicals used in the pool.
