Excellent location with a spacious room and a friendly staff! Bagala — sorry for misspelling his name — was helpful. WiFi was excellent and so was the breakfast! Great value!

I have never before had a proprietor who cared more about the enjoyment of my stay than Bagrat. VERY clean. VERY comfortable. And he went the extra mile to ensure that I was happy in every way. The man is a gem and a true gentleman.

My only complaint is that the explanation of the property implied that all the amenities were available in the individual rooms, which is not the case. The rooms are very clean and brand new facilities but only a refrigerator is provided.

The room is simple but clean. Breakfast was good.

We arrived during rush hour; there was heavy traffic, and we had been driving for over eight hours. When we reached the address, seeing no sign, I called the manager. He was extremely rude and hung up on me. I called back a second time, but he didn't pick up. When we finally got inside, I told him a smile would have been nice. He grabbed my husband's suitcase, threw it outside, and told us to leave. I refused, and he finally gave us a room. He didn't speak to me for two days. A very unpleasant atmosphere!g
