Great location for a music festival in SLC. Close to the highway, quiet neighborhood, full kitchen amenities

This home provided us with plenty of space. The Kitchen was very nice to use and was conducive to having large gatherings. The rooms were large, so no one felt like they were crowded, even when they were in the bed rooms. The location was fantastic as well and very easy to get to I-15 and navigate around the greater SLC area, while remaining fairly secluded near the top of the mountain in Bountiful.

The hous was perfectly located for us in a very nice neighborhood, it is a veru spacious house with plenty of sleeping accommodation but unfortunately it was way too dirty, as soon as we opened the door were greeted by a dusty smell, there was lots of dust everywhere, every appliance in the kitchen was greasy, lots of crumbs in and under the toasters but the cherry on top was the bathrooms the toilets were just filthy like someones bowels exploded and even the toilet seats were soiled, there was lots of hairs and mildew in the shower and bathtub, the good thing is that we found the cleaning supplies and well we had to take care of things before being able to use the bathrooms which is not the most pleasant experience. The house is nice and if it would be clean I would've given it 5 stars.
