Location location location! This comfortable condo is in our favorite part of Annapolis, Eastport, just across the drawbridge from Main Street, Ego Alley, and the USNA. It is a great destination for walkers (and others - free easy parking). We made use of the kitchen for a couple of dinners. There are also amazing views from the rooftop. Thanks!

We stayed here for a Navy football game. Very convenient to campus and restaurants. Definitely recommend staying here.

This is a go to place for a visit to Annapolis. Centrally located for walking to places downtown and Eastport. Great to have a dedicated parking spot since parking in Annapolis can be a challenge! Owner is very responsive to texts!
The condo unit has everything you need and since we have stayed there before can see some upgrades in bath were completed. Highly recommend!!

From start to finish, Joe was fantastic with communication. Their apartment is perfectly located in Eastport with easy walking to City Dock.
The apartment did not disappoint and had everything we needed for our stay. The pictures don’t do it justice. The pool was a nice amenity with 90° weather.
Highly recommend staying here to anyone!

Our stay at this property was spot on! Location was ideal for shopping, dining, and exploring both Eastport and downtown Annapolis. The rooftop was great for viewing the Yacht Club’s Lighted Boat event.
The condo was clean, comfortable, and had all of the amenities that we needed. Communication with Joe was very easy.
Will definitely plan a return trip in the near future.

This condo is perfectly located at the Eastport end of the bridge to DTA for an easy walk to USNA and DTA. Could not have been cleaner, and Joe's communication was great throughout the rental and the stay. Highly recommend, and this will be our first choice for another visit.

Condo had everything we needed. It was very clean and had everything we needed to make a few lunches and late night snacks. Location was excellent as we could walk to everything. And added bonus was all the marked bicycle lanes near the property. We were able to get in 50+ miles. Great experience. Wished the pool was available.

I stayed by myself & felt very safe. It was within walking distance to everything! And there were little benches around the corner from the building to watch the sunset. Bed was also very comfortable!

Great convenient location, just across the drawbridge in Eastport. 10 min walk to pretty much everything Annapolis has to offer. Only slight drawback was that the rooftop pool was closed (in June). Joe was a great host, very responsive. Would stay here again, pool or no pool.

The property is in a Great location! We walked almost everywhere we went. No need to find parking downtown. The sunrise and sunset views from the roof top deck were Amazing! Very friendly residents in the building also. Joe was very attentive to anything we might need.

Worked out perfectly for our long weekend dropping the daughter off at college. Hope to stay again sometime when we go down to visit. Very clean and the rooftop pool is a nice little added perk. Quick response to a question I had and overall very happy with our stay.
