A minor glitch on checking in was quickly resolved by our host, Donna. Darcy did a terrific job cleaning the unit too!Centrally located and convenient to the islands, Sarasota , restaurants and shops. The complex is lovely.. beautiful landscaping, 2 pools and 2 hotubs. We especially enjoyed having our coffee out on the screened in porch watching the waterfowl. Very serene.. would definitely stay again!

Great location and great amenities. Quiet location. Both pool and hot tub were perfect temperatures.

Spacious & clean. A geeat location.

Property was not clean when we arrived. They offered to bring us clean linens which we were fine with then the cleaning crew would come at 8 the next morning. We were moved to another place where the air didn’t work for two days then they finally had someone see about it. Yes the place was nicer and closer to amenities but we didn’t ask to be moved. I told the host and son in law over the property I felt like we should have at least one night refunded for everything we have been through. His statement to me was they already had to come out 400 because it was a nicer place they moved us to. Like I told him we were fine with the other place if it had been clean. He stated he knew that was what I was after, my money back.I didn’t appreciate that comment at all, I’m no where near that type of person. No we didn’t asked to be upgraded but the place we booked had dirty sheets and towels on the floor just as we walked in the door and the place had not been cleaned. I’m not beneath changing the sheets and wiping things down until the cleaning crew could come but we shouldn’t have to do that, we payed cleaning fees for a reason.I completely understand things happen but when they do as business owners you do something to compensate your customers such as a gift card to a local restaurant, a night refunded or an extra night given. Overall nice place and location.
