Questa favolosa casa vanta un ampio piano aperto con 4 camere da letto, 3 bagni e 1/2, 2 zone giorno e una tana. Le nostre camere sono dotate di morbide lenzuola di lusso insieme a un nuovo materasso BeautyRest di alta gamma nel master. Tutti i letti sono davvero comodi con materassi nuovi di zecca. Abbiamo anche TV a grande schermo in camera familiare e in master.
Tutte le camere hanno alti soffitti a volta e splendidi pavimenti in piastrelle di legno. Abbiamo arredato con gusto con nuovi mobili di tipo contemporaneo.
Una delle principali caratteristiche di questa casa è il ritiro come un cortile privato con molte cascate che si riversano in una piscina di ghiaia tecnologica Un paesaggio meraviglioso e tonnellate di pietra per lastricare trasformano questo ampio cortile in un vero paradiso. È il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi o divertirsi! Ora offriamo una grande piscina riscaldata per un costo di circa $ 35. 00 - $ 60. 00 al giorno nella stagione invernale. Le stagioni delle spalle saranno meno a seconda del mese. Al momento non abbiamo una vasca idromassaggio.

The house and amenities are great. Perfect house for multi-generational families with how it is laid out. Overall everything was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and had all updated appliances. The beds were very comfortable. The pool area was beautiful and the heated pool was great for this time of year. Kim the owner is very responsive and made sure everything was good for our stay. The Desert Ridge area where the house was located is close to everything. Would highly recommend this house for your stay in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area!

We were a group of 7 women who travel together. This house was beautiful. The beds were the most comfortable beds we have slept in. The owners were very kind and responsive. The pool is lovely. Only negative wound be not having a hand rail to get into pool. Would stay here again in a minute if traveling to phoenix.

Our recent family trip to Arizona and stay at this property was great. We had a wonderful time. The property was clean, in a quiet neighborhood yet close to restaurants and shopping.

Plenty of space for the whole family to spread out and have their own privacy. Loved the pool and patio area to play board games and cards in the shade. Enjoyed cooking with the nice appliances and having all the extra amenities to cook at home. The property owner even had a dog bed available for our dog. So thoughtful! Loved this home.

Clean, open and very welcoming house for group we hosted to view WM Open. Very close by Uber to course and surrounding areas for food and sun dried. Open floor plan made it easy to hang out in group setting. Would highly recommend to any/all who are looking for a comfortable house setting. Pool would be great in warmer months!!

This home is truly a “home away from home”. We had several family members join us and there was plenty of room for everyone. A lot of pride has gone into updates and the owners have thought of everything, beautifully appointed.
Check in was super easy and Kim checked in a few times during the stay to see that everything was going well.
The northeast PHX location is convenient and the neighborhood is quiet with walking trails and parks throughout.

We experienced a great stay here. The house is a great floor plan, really well appointed and furnished. Very comfortable for many people, beautiful Wolf appliances and well appointed kitchen and pantry. Really enjoyed our stay.

This home was nothing short of that - AMAZING. Beautiful and extremely clean. The kitchen was well equipped - we cooked every day and never once needed something that wasn't there. We had a mixed group - 85 to 15 years and everyone enjoyed the pool multiple times a day. The pool was clean and warm and such a nice change from the day to day grind. The homeowners were responsive to our questions and very easy to communicate with. One of the BEST rentals we have stayed at on VRBO.

What a beautiful home. My wife and I stayed here with our daughter and a friend as we came back to Scottdale to pack up her apartment to move East. This stay was conveniently close to everything we needed. The amenities were great. Would definity stay here again.

This home is lovely with every amenity. It is spacious and open but also has multiple seating areas for a group or a little quiet time. The backyard has lots of foliage and seating areas and the pool is well lit with water falls. The home has every amenity including comfortable bedding and high end appliances. The owner was very nice, responsive and accomodating. We will definitely look to stay here again. Thank you, Kim!

We arrived and the house was immaculate. The pictures do not do the home justice. We had three couples and there was plenty of room and the amenities were all first class. The location to grocery store, restaurants, and the Cardinals Football Stadium were the icing on the cake. The pool deck was large and the pool, waterfalls, lights added to a festive ambiance. We will absolutely be back!

The house was everything we expected....very modern, well stocked, with all the bells and whistles. It was perfect for our golf getaway to Scottsdale. Great location convenient to golf courses, restaurants and shopping. Pool and grill were great. Highly recommend this house!

An absolute family favorite!!
This is our second year enjoying all that Village at Aviano has to offer...truly a perfect vacation home in the valley. Instantly feels like home, the beautiful landscaping in the backyard is a wonderful backdrop for all your family pool pics. Kitchen is well stocked and perfectly equipped, our dogs loved all the extra thoughtful items for a pups perfect vacation. Host is wonderful and easy to work with. Plenty of spaces to relax and unwind with the family...truly one of our favorite vacation homes to visit. If I could give it 10 stars I would!!!

The Village at Aviano is located in Desert Ridge area of Phoenix - close to anything you'd need for a week of fun, relaxation and/or activities. The backyard is truly an oasis with the gorgeous landscaping, inviting pool, waterfalls, patio, firepits and plenty of outdoor seating. The house itself is spacious with several seating areas, nice large bedrooms (with comfortable beds!) and plenty of bathroom space. You really could not ask for more in a property. Amazing property!
We had such an amazing time in Arizona and especially at this house. We have stayed in a lot of VRBOs and other homes and this one truly exceeded our expectations! The layout is absolutely perfect for two families and had enough room for 7 of us. The heated pool is the highlight and the kids had a blast. Cute little play area right next door. Close to stores and dining...but you seriously won’t want to leave the house. Lots of generous amenities (pantry, soaps, shampoos, pans/pots, etc) we really didn’t want for anything! Perfect if you have a dog (we did not) with lots of doggie perks!

This house was in a neighborhood that was clean and felt safe, even though we were close to all the city activities. We hit the zoo, aquarium, (fantastic) butterfly pavillion (kind of lame) and many local restaurants. The house had everything we needed for a nice week away from the snow.

Great Space and location!
We enjoyed the house very much! Guys played golf, ladies played tennis and the house was our wonderful gathering space to enjoy the patio and being together with family. From the check-in to the check-out, everything was wonderful! Great communication and expectations lined out in their property notebook.
