Sunny Kihei ha tre Kamaole Beach Parks di fila: questo è appena passato da Kamaole II. Una vasta area erbosa insieme a una lunga e bellissima spiaggia costituiscono questo particolare. L'unità stessa ha 1 nuovissimo letto king size e 2 letti singoli con 2 bagni. E 'stato recentemente rinnovato e ha un aspetto abbastanza accogliente! Gli elettrodomestici sono tutti nuovi anche - si prega di notare che il forno è un forno combinato a microonde e convezione. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutti i piatti, bicchieri e utensili di cui avrete bisogno per un ottimo soggiorno! Il lanai esterno con la vegetazione circostante offre un'alternativa al mangiare meraviglioso per caffè o cocktail! Godetevi la piscina e il centro benessere del complesso, fate una passeggiata nei ristoranti e nei negozi vicini o prendete qualcosa da mangiare nel negozio di alimenti naturali (Hawaiian Moons) o nel minimarket ABC. Ti godrai una meravigliosa vacanza tropicale in C-108!

The condo is lovely and the location is great. I would give top marks for this except for one thing. The A/C in the main bedroom did not work at all, making it impossible for us to get a decent night’s sleep.The property manager did respond quickly when I notified them and sent people to look at the a/c, but they were not able to repair it while we were there. Apparently it needed a new compressor.In retrospect I should have requested a portable A/C unit be delivered to get us through the hot nights.Despite this I would consider returning to this unit as I’m sure they will eventually get the A/C repaired.

The place was so nice - the only issue was not hot water - we reported it and the CBIP Staff addressed the issue right away - unfortunately we were not able to stay in the codo, needed a new hot water heater - we were given the option to find another place to rent and a refund was given. I loved the location and the condo - we will definitely check this place out if we return. I want to mention that Jeremiah from CBIP was wonderful to work with - he returned my calls updated us on what was going on with the water issue, and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our brief stay. He as so professional and truly cared. Great individual !!
