Such a great location and the property had everything we needed. Terrific, responsive hosts!

We enjoyed staying at this property, a great location, million dollar view, really well kept and clean (a few issues with old appliances), efficient management. Just a few notes at first…I searched for properties with a/c as I have some family members that are very sensitive about that. This property came up in that search, but it does not have a/c - not a problem the week I stayed there as it was very cold and cloudy…but if you stayed here during hot weather, that could be an issue. The appliances are a pretty old - the washer and dryer work, but you may think they are haunted by Ghostbusters they way they shake and rattle if you put one too many towels in. The grill on the patio below does not work and is filthy…they put a small Weber on the deck, probably because of that, and it works fine. The dishwasher really needs replacing as the door doesn’t close right, and if you get it wrong, it will leak badly. 3 of the five burners on the great stovetop will only light if you use a torch. OK, that’s it for the downside…this is a great location and a fine property, great elevator, good garage situation if your car isn’t too big (normal on Mission), great elevator, super clean, and that view is worth the price of admission. I prefer a bit further south on Mission as some of the bad stuff happening ion San Diego bleeds over this close to the park. San Diego itself is suffering and this breaks my heart as I loved this city so much. The drug users and mentally “challenged “ are everywhere - I saw many instances of people doing hard drugs on the street, on the beach, in the park…we saw two people who died (bodies covered, police and rescue sealing off the scene) at an entrance to Mission Park. I had my car hit by something thrown by a raving, raging person on a sidewalk. I walked past a raving man waving a large knife in the Tailgate Park at Petco, not ten steps later there was man laying in a fetal position - dead asleep - on the sidewalk, his wheelchair and his belongings next to him. As we crossed that street by the tram tracks there were two small groups of people smoking drugs out of spoons. Police and security did nothing. Driving downtown, as you exit the freeway to Petco, there are homeless encampments on the sidewalk as far as you can see in every direction. This is a travesty. I can not recommend San Diego to anyone…and that breaks my heart as I have loved coming here every year…but it is now too much.

This apartment is beautiful and located as perfectly on mission beach as possible, overlooking the beach and walking distance to restaurants and markets. The check in process was easy and there was parking for a medium size car in the garage, which is gold when staying at a beach property. Gorgeous kitchen and decorated tastefully and stocked with everything you might need and more. The people above us were pretty noisy but we expected that given the location and that it was a weekend and it didn't bother us at all, but would if we didn't expect it. Use some white noise and it's fine. The beautiful accommodations were perfect since the weather wasn't great so we spent more time than usual inside. The steam shower was also really nice. Perfect stay aside from the weather.

The property was fantastic and the hosts were wonderful. They responded timely to our inquiries and made our first experience with a VRBO very pleasant. The unit was well appointed and the location was spectacular. Watching the sun rise and set on the ocean waves was mesmerizing and will be a cherished memory for our family!

We really enjoy our stay as the views are spectacular and location cant be beat. We did find disposal not working, several minor items needing minor maintenance (patches to drywall, blind cord broken, weather stripping on front door coming off, paint touch up. Nothing that would make or break our trip but things to note and correct given the cost of nightly rental. We also encountered maintenance on next door happening very early in the morning and downstairs unit being shown by realtor which was awkward as we tried to eat breakfast outside but don't seem to be things in your control.

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay at this beach house. We hope to stay there again sometime.

Right next to all the action and Belmont Park, easy drive to other attractions like Sea World. Short walk to convenience stores, restaurants, and bars. Had a great time here.

This was a great rental for our family of four boys! The house had beach toys and boogie boards to play with in the ocean that was just outside your door (*bring your own beach towels!). The steam shower and soaker tub were great ways to relax after a long day playing in the waves and soaking up the sun and sand! It’s also just short ten minutes to Sea World and just a few blocks down the beach from shops and food! Thank you for making this vacation one to remember!

We absolutely had an amazing time at this rental…so much in fact that we ended up cooking all of our own meals except one because we did not want to leave. We saw dolphins from the balcony every morning. We can’t wait to return!

My college besties and I meet up once a year and this year we chose San Diego at the beach. The property was perfect for our needs - right on the beach, beautiful views, well appointed and comfortable! We walked everywhere and thoroughly enjoyed just hanging out on the patio, the balcony and inside with the doors open. Well appointed kitchen, comfy beds, great showers

Our family had the most amazing time! Beautiful condo & the views were spectacular. We loved sitting on the patio downstairs while the boys played in the sand on the beach. We were able to walk to Belmont Park & to a few restaurants. I would definitely book this place again.

We found the location to be excellent, with parking very convenient to the unit, and the unit very conveniently situated in town (near skiing, grocery, and other amenities). We did have an issue with the cleanliness of the bedsheets, which didn't appear to have been changed since the previous occupant. We were able to rectify the situation by washing some of the linens ourselves; a cleaner brought some additional linens by the next day. The owner did do their best to address the situation--and we appreciate their efforts--but it was an unexpected minus to our holiday weekend.

Right on the beach and one block from dining and fun. Can't beat it.

The location of this property is quite nice. It is on the beach and close to shops and restaurants. It is easy to find. There is a small garage (which should fit a small sedan) that is included which is shared with another tenant. There is also free street parking along the side of the condo (but pay attention to the street cleaning signs). Overall, the property was generally fine but could really use some refreshing. The ocean air isn’t kind to properties and rentals tend to have more accelerated wear and tear. While the condo is spacious for 4 people, the layout is odd. One bedroom is off the kitchen (literally behind the dining table), and it is mostly glass presumably to have a view of the ocean. There are thin blinds in that room but if you are looking for privacy, it doesn’t provide much. There is a queen size platform bed in that room which is a bit oversized for the space. The back bedroom has more privacy, but the doors are glass so again, so you will see the light from the rest of the condo. It too has some oddly positioned oversize furniture. We had some maintenance issues (the water heater went out) but were able to resolve them. We didn’t use most appliances, but we used the washer and dryer. They are pretty dated. It will clean your clothes, but you will want to run a cleaning cycle through first to help with the musty smell. It's hard to avoid that smell because it is a front-loading washer but in a small closet so you can’t leave it cracked open. The hosts were accommodating and responsive. They were receptive to feedback. Again, a little updating and maintenance would make this condo ideal given its location.

Amazing beachfront property…watched the sunset on 2022!

The property was absolutely perfect for a small family visit. Very spacious and accommodating. Conveniently located to Belmont Park and a short drive to many places we wanted to visit. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. The one large skillet should be replaced as its missing most of the tephlon coating, but we made it work. The stove is very tricky and burners wouldn't stay lit while cooking, but we babysat them and everything was fine. Honestly the views are so spectacular, you can't be upset about the small things. I highly recommend this property.

Property was beautiful. Clean beach view from living room. Overall enjoyed our stay. Very close to shops and restaurants. Only problem is we could hear truck backing noises every day early morning.

Property was wonderful and the large glass doors that opened to the ocean view WOW, owners were terrific and helped make our stay marvelous, two small issues one their were ants in master bath area and the kitchen stove was not fun to operate hopefully owners purchase a new one, overall all experience was amazing.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is beautiful and right on the sand. The beach was fantastic. Belmont amusement park is nearby and our 2 year old loved the kids rides. We had planned to go to some activities in San Diego but canceled them all because we were enjoying the apartment and beach so much!

The property was ideal. Lots of space, clean, up to date, comfortable beds, super wide opening sliding doors so we saw out to beach and ocean with lots of fresh air. Right on n beach. Host got back to us instantly on all our qyluestiins during our stay. Ideal location!

The location is directly next to Belmont Park which was very convenient but expect it to be very busy with the locals as well as renters. We had some issues with the water but owners were super responsive and took care of the issues very promptly. Location is fantastic and the use of the patio was very convenient to hang .
