A due isolati da McMenamins Old St. Francesco. Tre isolati nel cuore della città. Piccola casa di 900 mq con 2 camere da letto e 1,5 bagni. Una camera con un letto matrimoniale e bagno completo. La seconda camera ha una cuccetta a piramide, singola lunga X su una regina con il suo 1/2 bagno. Tra i due c'è una porta a scomparsa per consentire a tutti di usare la doccia. Consente a ogni camera da letto di accedere a un bagno privato.

The house is in a great location in the old part of Bend and easily walkable to the vibrant Downtown Bend area with lots of restaurants, bars, and shops. The owners sent me an email ahead of time and checked in on us. The house was clean and had everything we needed in it, including a great waffle maker. The only issue to be prepared for is that the home does not have central heat nor radiant heat and relies on a fireplace and couple space heaters. Being January, it was very cold out and difficult to get a consistent temperature throughout the house.

We wish the fire place had been turned on before we arrived. It was so cold in the house when we arrived. Took awhile to warm the house up. Also would have been nice to have the porch light on when we arrived. It was so dark. But all in all a nice place to stay! We had a great time!

Great location, comfortable, clean and updated.
Fantastic place for our family to stay. They communicated with us and let us know where we could find the best local places to eat and/or grab a drink.

Comfortable stay close to shopping, parks, coffee shops, and restaurants. It was great to be able to walk to anything needed and access the trails in Bend.

This is a very cute and very central rental. The kitchen is one of the best stocked kitchens that I have seen in the many, many, rentals that we have stayed. We walked every where including downtown, drake park, Market of Choice, the old mill district, breweries, and the Hayden amphitheater. Everything was clean and check in/out was easy. Thank you Craig! We will be back!!!

Great vacation home in very good location. Easy walk to coffee shops, brew pubs, shopping and the river. Grocery store less than 5 minutes away. Check in process was super easy and everything I needed was available to me. My dog especially enjoyed the fenced back yard.

This house worked out great for our family of 5 (3 kids 6 and under). Nice location, big kitchen, good set up. Would definitely recommend!

The property was perfect for us. The location is key as it is easy walking to downtown and also Drake Park, the Lot, and many breweries. We took day trips to Crater Lake, Smith Rock (hiked the 8 mile loop), kayaked on the river and then floated on the river on a warm and sunny day. Also took a day trip to the McKenzie Falls loop and Clear lake. Mountain biked with Cog Wild. It was nice to come back to the house after a good day and have a beer and then a short walk to dinner and more beer. Also took 26 to the fossil beds museum and Painted Hills. We were busy this week.
The front room was bigger than I expected and comfortable for night time TV watching. Also, worth noting was how incredibly stocked the house was, TP, PT, dish and laundry tabs etc it was there and plentiful.
Check in was simple. Neighborhood was quite. There were Subarus everywhere lol

My partner and best friend/her fiance really enjoyed staying here for three nights. It is so close to downtown Bend, a very short walk. The neighborhood is adorable. The home is perfect for what we needed. Will likely stay again in the future!

Very nice property in a great location. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do, other than a quick drive to hike Misery Trail and Monkey Rock. Good food nearby, nice little breweries, interesting shops and of course the Deschutes River was beautiful. My adult kids and wife and I all had a fantastic time. The single shower was not a problem as we all just took turns. Cozy house for gathering at the end of a busy day was just right. Will rent again!

Not a lot of room in the bedrooms but you can make it work.
Kitchen had everything you needed to be able to cook meals without improvising, this is definitely was a plus for me.

Perfect for a couple (or one in my case). Beautiful kitchen with all the extras you could need. Bed was comfy & warm. Backyard was perfect for my pup. Loved relaxing watching TV, gas fireplace on….cozy little home

The location is second to none; walking distance to everything! House was stocked well with anything you may need and host was communicative. Really loved this stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thanks for a great stay!

The best part about staying here was it was a 5 minute drive to just about anywhere we were trying to go. It was also very walkable to downtown and areas such as Avid Cider and Monkless Brewing. The neighborhood was quiet and comfortable. Craig and Jamie were very helpful whenever we needed something. We will be staying here again in the future.

My husband and I had a lovely week-long stay here for our annual ski trip. Location was great—easy walk to downtown—and we loved having a backyard for our pup. Quick, helpful communication from the hosts when we had a question. It was a small but cozy spot with the fireplace and the best equipped kitchen we've had. Great pick if you like old-school charm/quirkiness.

This was great for a long weekend with family. Walking distance to pretty much all of downtown bend and right of the main road to the mtn. Great little spot will stay again.

Stayed for three nights in mid-February. Park the car, you can't beat the location. Easy walk to downtown Bend, Drake Park, Market of Choice, etc. House is small but cozy. Kitchen is well stocked. I ate in quite a bit. Enjoyed the DVD selection. Note there isn't a dining room table, but there's still room to sit down to eat. Gas fireplace keeps the house plenty warm but I was happy I brought slippers as the floors can get cold. Also easy access to Bachelor and the Twin Bridges Scenic Bikeway, which I took advantage of to get in an early season ride.

Three adults were very comfortable. The Hosts have equipped the place well beyond anything I’ve ever seen… you’ll want for nothing. The place can get chilly (was there in January 2023 during a very cold spell), but it heats up very quickly and stays warm.
If I ever head back to Bend, this will definitely be where I rest my head!

This home is in a perfect location to walk and explore Bend. The kitchen is very well stocked made it easy to cook our meals. The owners were easy to reach and very helpful. We will be returning to this house next time we are in Bend!!

Our stay in Bend was wonderful! The rental was within walking distance to lots of great coffee shops, breweries and restaurants. We enjoyed the gas fireplace in the evenings. It was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do!

This home was incredible. Very nice kitchen with every single appliance you could ever need. Huge dvd collection. Comfortable beds with extra pillows and sheets. This will be our go-to place for return trips!

Cute bungalow walkable to downtown Bend and Box Factory. Nice quiet neighborhood. Large driveway to accommodate 2 cars. Enjoyed the front patio area plus fenced backyard for dog. Lotsa amenities (TP, paper towels). Brand new washer and dryer. Large living area. For us (4 adults and 1 infant), bedrooms were a bit tight. And note, must pass thru either bedroom to get to bathroom in case u have 2 nappers at once. Highly recommend!

The home was perfect for us. Great location. Quiet neighborhood, easy walking distance to grocery store, coffe shops, restaurants and downtown. Many thoughtful touches throughout the home making it a comfortable and welcoming home base for our stay in Bend. The fenced backyard was a plus for our four legged kids.

We were first timers in Bend. We could walk to the restaurants and bars. Parks etc. House is very quaint. Perfect for 2 couples. Kitchen appliances all new. We didn't do any cooking but if we chose to everything was there that you will need. The only negative I must say is that it was very smoky but that has nothing to do with the house. Also, no table and chairs inside the house. We like to play cards but we were so busy never had time. I would recommend this VRBO.

Perfect Bend cottage. Superb location- walkable to all our favorite spots in Bend. Spotlessly clean. Light and bright. Comfortable for a family of 5. Owner was really great to work with- extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

This place is in the middle of old Bend and walkable to downtown, beautiful parks, and shopping. The house has everything you need! Just bring your clothes and food - it is so well stocked! We had a great time cooking meals in the kitchen and hanging out on the front patio. Its in a cute, quiet residential neighborhood. We loved this place and will definitely stay again!

Property manager Jamie was excellent in her response time to any of our questions. House is well equipped and comfortable but as we were in Bend taking a training class we didn't get to enjoy it as much as I would have liked to.
