Un open space combina cucina, soggiorno e sala da pranzo al primo piano, creando un'area invitante ed espansiva per riunire tutti. Da qui puoi uscire sul tuo patio privato e guardare i bambini sguazzare nella piscina riscaldata o utilizzare uno dei barbecue a bordo piscina per cucinare la cena.
Per coloro che non amano le scale c'è anche una camera da letto matrimoniale con un letto king size e bagno privato al primo piano.

I don’t believe the condo was cleaned thoroughly, Was poked on the bed by a diabetic needle, found another on the floor by the edge of the bed. Couldn’t open the back door to the pool (huge safety issue if there’s a fire) and futon had white stains on it. We’ve stayed with padre escapes multiple times and never had issues but we’ve never stayed on this property we did love how spacious it was just not the other issues.

Location was perfect. We really enjoyed the bay right across the street for fishing and the swimming pool with barbecue grills. However, the two trash bins by the front door were over filled with garbage upon our arrival and even trash on the ground. We picked it up and right away and contacted Padre Escapes who asked us to try our best to keep it clean and that someone will be there to pick it up. No one showed and the following day was trash day. Other condo's put their bins out and when I called again to ask them if we needed to take them out they said assured us that someone would be coming. No one ever came our entire stay of 3 nights and we had to walk our trash out to the big garbage container. Another big issue was the dryer did not work. We ran our clothes 3 times, and it still wasn't dry. They got someone to check it out and they said the dryer needed a new belt which wouldn't come in before our departure. Padre Escapes said that the owner of the condo would give us a 10% discount. We received a discount of $187.00 but compared to the price of the total stay which was around $2400.00 didn't seem like much. Maybe not all fees cannot be discounted. Between the pool, beach and showers, having clean towels is very important. Yes, they supply back up towels in the closet, but we still had to hang dry towels and clothes. After experiencing this problem, I looked at the reviews for Aruba Beach Getaway and this dryer problem has been going for years.

If you have a large family like I do this is the perfect getaway! We booked both listing that were next to each other and we enjoyed going back and fourth between the Gomes eating snacking and hanging out with one another. Unfortunately it was very cold so we didn’t get to enjoy the beach but we will definitely come back some time during the summer.

This condo was the perfect size for the 12 of us - wish we could have brought our 2 cats. The only problem for us is that the dryer wasn't working and with 12 of us, we at least like to wash towels. I hate coming home with dirty towels. The pantry/storage area was a pleasant surprise and, again, with 12 people, it was definitely needed. Last year, we stayed next door and they had a recycling can but this year there wasn't one - we had to bring all of our recycling back home - a lot! We come to the coast every year and it's difficult to find a 4-bedroom so we'll be interested in staying here again next summer - providing the dryer is fixed.

Check in was at 4pm and didnt get access till Almost 5. We were the ones calling for updates no one knew anything. Female we spoke to was totally clueless I was a told a manager would call me never did. 24/7 support non existant. Pool was small and overcrowded with People. Other than that it was ok.

There was plenty of room, and very clean. The only complaint I have is the dryer took 3 cycles to dry. Also, all the extra towels were in the upstairs master- it would be beneficial if extra towels can be placed in each restroom. Also, the Netflix on TV didn't work. However, I would stay again.

It is very difficult to find a house/condo for a bigger group of people. It is even more difficult to find a place with separate rooms for adult couples to stay. This house had everything we wanted, the location was great being next to the pool was very convenient, and staff was easy to work with. Definitly would stay here again.

Really nice place to stay! Enjoyed being close to the beach, having privacy, having the canal right out front to fish at, having the pool right out back and really enjoyed the comfy beds! Nice furnishings. Well-stocked kitchen. Only thing we regret is not bringing more people and renting out both sides of the duplex. We'll definitely do that next time. Thanks Padre Escapes, can't wait to come back!

The property is very nice in the pool is located extremely close. If I had any concerns the one concern would be that the air conditioning is governed at 73° There are only two spots in the driveway for parking but the across curb is an empty field perfect for large groups. The price and location are right my only gripe is the air conditioning. With the constant in and out of a normal vacationing group it can be a little bit uncomfortable.

We had 3 things - dryer took a while to dry , wifi wouldn't connect, and couldn't find a broom. I'm sure if we would of called someone would of taken care of it. we were too busy at the pool, beach, and schillterbaun so wasn't a big deal for us. We rented this condo for our family when we came to our son's Navy winging ceremony. We had 8 sleep there...plenty of room for that...and had a gathering of 16 for the after-winging celebration. It is a beautiful condo, very clean, plenty of open space, perfect for our gathering. We were also able to easily walk to the beach and enjoy a relaxing stroll after the festivities.

We used both sides and that is perfect for a large group - there were 17 of us, but it comfortably sleeps 22 on beds plus there is a futons and sleeper sofa in each unit - so can sleep up to 28. There is one bunk/trundle that sleeps 4, the other 9 are double, queen and king. It is a new property (2014), so is still in really good shape - very clean. There is a pool right behind the units that is shared by others in the area, but it is pretty big. It is within walking distance (2 1/2 blocks) of the beach and there is a large parking lot immediately adjacent to the beach. Lots of places to eat close by and the Schlitterbahn is about a mile away. Loved the fact that the kitchen/living area is downstairs. We will definitely be back.

We had a very bad experience w ppl at the pool calling one of our family members "*****" ...we had a lot of problems with these ppl that were at the pool..if we would have known that such trashy ppl were going to be at the pool, then we would have chose to stay elsewhere..the environment became very hostile with these ppl.

Everyone had a great time - grandparents, children and grandchildren. This house was exactly what we were looking for. It was great to have three king sized beds, full size washer and dryer, and more than enough dishes, etc. in the kitchen. The concrete floor downstairs is difficult to clean which was particularly noticeable with small children.The pool is so close that the baby monitor worked during nap time.The management company was very professional - perfect amount of communication prior to visit.

Stayed in Feb 2015 for 3 nights. Rates were excellent value, don't know how I ever stayed in hotels before. Staff was extremely friendly and .helpful from booking to check out. Home was amazing, holds up to 12, our 8 were very comfortable. Location was great, short walk to the beach. We even lucked out on the weather. Just overall great experience, Have been referring everyone I've talked to. Will definitely stay again.
