Questa confortevole casa situata sulla collina di Stinson Beach dispone di un ponte posteriore con un centro benessere che si affaccia sul bagno privato. C'è una grande TV a schermo piatto con tutti i canali sportivi disponibili, nonché film pay-per-view su richiesta. Attrezzi per bambini disponibili: culla, pacchetto e gioco e bagnetto. Sei a pochi passi da Matt Davis Trail e 10 minuti a piedi sia dalla città che dalla spiaggia. NOTA: c'è un inquilino che vive in un piccolo studio sottostante con un ingresso separato. Grill a gas. Non sono ammessi animali. Configurazione letti: 2 letti king size, 1 divano letto per 1 adulto e 1 letto matrimoniale Blow up.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful views of the ocean and peaceful seating in the back garden.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this property. It has a view to die for and sun just streams in from all directions. Large rooms for shared space, also a sweet garden and hot tub in the back of the house. House is well stocked and clearly well loved. It is not fancy, but very comfortable. Great access to Mt Tam hiking trails, but a steep walk up from town.

I should have paid more attention to the fact that there weren't more recent reviews of this property. We had a lovely time there, but the house could use some TLC. The outdoor furniture was rusted and not inviting. There are beautiful large windows facing the water, but with a sign that said not to lower the shades because they're delicate. (Not a great idea for a rental.) And there were other small things that added up and detracted from the stay. But otherwise, the beds are comfortable, the house and hot tub were clean, and the view lovely. We had an issue with check-in--we were given a key and not a code, but then could only get in with a code--but the property management company was quick to respond and figure things out for us. I would definitely stay at another home managed by the same property manager, but I doubt we'd stay in this home again.
