I highly recommend this unit as we have stayed at this property 3 times and really like the location even though it is across from Veterans Park which can get a little busy on the week ends. GREAT garage parking space and beach access. You can hear the ocean from the wonderfully appointed deck, all new furniture this time and my husband loved sitting in the lounge chair and watching and listening to the waves with a short walk to the pier. The condo is very comfortable with fun beach decor and many extras to make you feel at home. My absolute only complaint would be that other guests have left all sorts of lotions and toiletries in the bathroom which was so full I had to struggle to find places to store my own toiletries. Storage space is a little tight as hallway shelves are filled and dresser is small as we don't travel light. However there is a large closet with lots of hangers that helped. King bed is very comfy. I also wish the refrigerator would have been empty as it had several containers of left over open condiments which should have been thrown out. I would not feel safe using open used items. Overall a great condo and will likely return for another visit. Hostess is very pleasant and responsive.

Very nice accommodation in a great location. Everything was 'as advertised' and we were set for the week with one grocery run to Ralph's. Check-in with Jimmy was a breeze and he and Marisa were responsive and detailed hosts. All in, this was the best VRBO property we've started in!!!

We loved our stay here! Great location, comfortable furniture and equipped with everything you need for a day on the beach!Jimmy and Marisa were great. Jimmy met us personally to show us the ropes. Very well managed and well appointed beach rental.

The place was fully equipped with everything we needed and things we didn’t even think we would need! Jimmy left us some yummy Trader Joe’s treats and some chocolates for our daughters which was super thoughtful. The place was perfect for what we needed and the hosts made it all a breeze.
