Easy to access, lovely refurb, clean, useful extras - (washer dryer/ coffee machine). Great communication with host.

This is a cozy apartment and was very convenient for where we needed to be. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped.
You have to park on the side of a narrow road which did worry me a little.

Inside apt was nice and clean. Modern looking
Couch was very uncomfortable to sit on as a couch. Was ok when you move the coffee table and convert into the bed. This is a minor issue for my personal taste.
Overall I'd recommend the place and would stay again.

Host Ray was most accommodating and very quick to respond. My husband forgot his jacket in the flat after we'd left which had some valuables in it. Ray promptly acted on it and we were able to get it back without any problems. Ray's flat itself is superb - well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Designed with modern contemporary furnitures and located very close to the town's main shopping centre. Fantastic facilities and very comfy bed for the weary travellers.

The flat was spacious and exceptionally well equipped. It was clean and bright. There were also lots of items such as cleaning products and toiletries. The location of the flat was ideal for us in every way. It was in a quiet cul-de-sac that afforded us peace and quiet after a long day out exploring the area.
There was literally nothing to dislike about the apartment. It ticked all of our boxes; price, location, cleanliness, etc.

There was only a half roll of toilet paper in the house. No extra rolls anywhere. We had to find a store and buy our own. Not a tragedy, but this is a basic you expect to have. Tried to contact the owner, but they were out of town without good internet. Understandable, of course, but maybe there should be a back up for when they are not in town, in case there are issues.

Apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable, for our 2 night stay.

Very modern , clean , comfortable efficent apartment . Everything was easy to find with supplies for most things like washing and cleaning even though we had taken our own .
My one daughter didnt find the sofa bed very comfortable

It is a very warm and convinient apartment. A range of tea and coffee were provided. Sofa bed was fine. Apartment was proffecionally cleaned and comfortable. Neighbourhood is really quiet and neighbours were nice and kind.
I’ll recommend this apartment to my friends and I’ll stay there again.
A king size bed would be better choice for this apartment.

Very comfortable and clean accommodation. The bed was comfortable, shower excellent and the kitchen well equipped.

House is modern, tidy and super clean. Impressed with the kitchen and bathroom. All basic cooking items were available. It got washing machine liquid, dishwasher tablet and all cleaning items for the stay. Property located in a very quite area with 5 minutes walk to the city centre and 2 minutes drive to supermarkets. Enough space for the car parking in front of the property.

Location was easy to find. Was a very quiet area and parking was no problem. The apartment was spotless and well appointed. The host had provided sanitizer and handwash, all in new bottles; and a box of Tunnocks and milk for us! Comfortable bed, good shower and everything we needed, including excellent WiFi. Good communication prior to arrival. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Modern beautifully decorated compact apartment on ground floor, great for single or couple stay. Washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob fan oven and coffee machine with lots of extras left for use. Walking distance to large shopping centre.
Just needed a colander for straining pasta and a casserole dish as cooking each night.
