Ubicación excelente, al lado de la plaza del torico. Diego, el dueño, muy amable. Nos perdimos y vino a buscarnos con la moto para guiarnos. El apartamento con climatización y perfectamente equipado, no echamos nada en falta.

Fantastico piso, comodo y caliente. El desayuno expectacular, habia de todo. El anfitrion muy amable y comprometido. Volveremos.

Casa en pleno centro de Teruel, muy agradable y con distribución original, con todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia familiar. Tiene la ventaja de facilitar el desayuno en la casa y parking cercano. Dispone de una terraza y además un cuarto en el bajo para evitar tener que subir hasta la 4ª planta si no es necesario al no tener ascensor el edificio. El propietario es muy atento y servicial.

This property covered all bases. The host was exceptional, the location was perfect. We felt completely at home.

The appartement was great, a spanish atmosphere, among beautiful old buildings. The welcoming was warm and full of kindness. We have been helped for carrying the luggages. Wonderful people. The garage is not far away. For the breakfast, plenty of cakes and bread, Coffee or tea. The area is quiet. I really advice this accommodation if you want to spend a lovely and peaceful time in Spain.

Superb location close walking distance to all the sights. Large, comfortable apartment with everything you need including an outside area. The car park was a short walk away, easily accessible and very secure. The map link sent to us took us exactly to the parking garage. Very friendly and helpful host.

The stairs! But we knew about these when booking and the facilities and location of the apartment together with parking still made it a good choice for us.

Everything. Perfect location, clean and comfortable, nice kitchen (with laundry), beautiful view. The unit is an apartment that will easily accommodate a couple or a family with two children. If you are driving, there is a free parking space not far away.

Only one thing will be an issue for some people: the unit is on the third floor and can only be accessed by stairs. There is no elevator. For those who are able, the climb is worth it for the beautiful unit and view.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. Since I was travelling with two elderly women, that could have been a problem. Luckily the owner helped us with the luggage!
