A fürdőszobában a víz nem tudott lefolyni és megállt a mosdó alatt , így ott mindig volt egy tócsa. A fürdőszobában hideg volt, mert ott nem volt fűtés. Esetleg egy törülköző szárító felszerelésével a probléma megoldható lenne. A szállás a Ledl tértől négy megállóra volt, ez pontatlanul volt megjelölve az ajánlatban.

An unscrupulous hostess who rented an apartment with a freezer, the door of which was wrapped with adhesive tape and, naturally, when the refrigerator was first loaded, the door fell on my head. After that, the enraged Frau Hannelore allowed rudeness in my direction and stated that I had tied the dirty old adhesive tape to the door myself. Then she tore off and threw this sticky tape into the washbasin and slammed the door and left the room. With this, she ruined our vacation with her 7-year-old daughter, after which she did not return the deposit of 50 euros and now she is demanding another 100 dollars on top. I consider this an unacceptable insult, the owner must monitor the condition of the equipment on his own and provide the residents with comfortable and safe living conditions in advance. In addition, the owner is obliged in any situation to behave with dignity and not to be rude to the guests. This is the first rule of any such service. Look at which freezer door our daughter and I were given for use. I fix: an unacceptable communication style, a complete lack of knowledge of languages ​​other than German (working with foreigners you need to know at least basic English), unfair accusations and spoiled, I emphasize, completely spoiled vacation! When leaving, I always give a 10% tip, but now for the first time I am very disappointed and I wish all guests to be careful upon arrival, but it is better to ignore these apartments. Surely the hostess is very poor, since she is looking for any ways to make money. I am sincerely sorry that this could ever happen, because from a professional point of view, Hannelore could have every chance to make a good impression and leave pleasant memories of the trip. I wish her to analyze the situation and draw conclusions, since all guests are equally important and have the same rights, for a professional it does not matter what citizenship the guest has!

clean apartment with good facilities, with suitable price but the owner was not helpful and not comfortable with us..

there were little shops nearby, needs better reception the rooms were hot, specially during daytime.

Apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and great location 20 mins walk to train station . Supermarket around the corner. 25 mins walk to Graz city center. Good stop over for those travelling for Austrian F1 Grand Prix. Host was very friendly. It was a home from home for 6 days.

Everything went well, we were met very well. The apartments are clean, bright and have everything you need.

Everything else was excellent without a single complaint.

The owner was a little late for check in and communication is a big problem because the owner doesnt know english.

It is your apartment for a few nights. Feels much more at home than a hotel room. There is a balcony. Bus stop is very near. The apartment is not a luxury place, but perfectly ok for a few days of business trip

The area is a bit shabby.
