Reserved parking was good as there is a lot of permit parking nearby. Spacious and comfortable inside.
Key pads did not always activate as described, so had to ring someone to open the door. Wewere in the upstairs apartment. The stairs are steep, and in the dark my mum slipped at the top of the stairs but only fell 3 steps. There needs to be some sort of night light or reflective strips on the stairs for when it is dark

Nice big rooms
Lots of rubbish in front and back area. Very very steep stairs - no handrail. Lots of rules...!!!!!

It was self catering. Left us tea coffee milk water. Was very comfortable and clean. Beach is near. Southend shopping centre within walking distance. Near Cliffs Pavilion. Catholic Church is near. Good communication with Woodrange. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. We thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you
We are in our 60’s it would be good if there was a hand rail to hold onto going up and down the stairs. There was nothing that we didn’t like.

We love the apartment, so comfortable , has a home from home feel, I had fantastic night sleep . great location, not far from the beach or town centre.

Comfortable, clean, good location. Would stay again.
No banister on the stairs, no blind for the shower (frosted glass doesn't give privacy when the next door neighbor's are near their window or in the garden.)
Freezer needs a defrost and the double bedroom door hinge needs updating. It's the only door that slams.
Fans in both bedrooms, had to give up mine.
An optional sheet for hot weather, we both had quilts, in July ☀️

Good favilities .everything i needed
I had my dog with me and he is practically blind..when he heard a noise below he headed to see what it was and fell down the stairs. A child gate is needed.

We wanted a garden space but it wasn’t usable. The parking was shared with a transit van although the owners stated only cars. The neighbors also used the parking

The apartment was immaculate, clean and stunningly decorated. It was spacious and the beds were super comfy!
There was a whole bowl of fresh fruit left as complimentary which was a lovely touch of class, as well as tea, coffee, milk, shower products etc. It was a 5 minute walk from the beach, which my fur babies and girls loved!
Mark was an amazing host. He was very responsive and helpful. Answered the phone immediately when we got lost and went to the wrong property in Southend rather than westcliff 🤣🙈.
Would definitely recommend anyone wanting a luxury stay to try this property.

Woodgrange is a very spacious and modern flat. It had everything we needed for our trip and was in a perfect location! The owner clearly takes pride in the apartment and was very easy to contact.

The apartment was really clean, bright and comfortable. There was a big bowl of fresh fruit and coke and water in the fridge when we arrived. Location was good, a 10 minute walk to the seafront and shops and about 10 minutes to pubs/restaurants in the town. Also, a nice quiet road. The apartment had everything we needed, including tea, coffee, sugar, toiletries etc! would definitely stay here again.

We were due to check in at 5pm and were supposed to receive a message from booking dot .com to give us a code to be able to enter the property but never received a message so had to contact the owner

Apartment was clean as a whistle! Very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable which you don’t find very often sadly. It was in a lovely area and very quiet.
Would appreciate bigger bath towels but this wouldn’t stop us from coming again. And again.

Amazing place, would highly recommend. Much prefer this over a hotel, so much space and the kitchen had all the essentials needed like coffee, sugar, milk even coke in the fridge, great touch. It was very homely and cosy. Also mark is very helpful and responsive to messages.

The facilities and the landlords communication.
They make sure you are in good hands and you have what you need.
Beach superatores are very close plus you have a nice seating area in the garden. Very friendly and understanding.

No breakfast but a plentiful supply of; tea, coffee, fresh fruit bowl, 2x litre’s of milk & 2x bottles of water. The flat was spotlessly clean, brand new selection of crockery glassware and kitchen utensils.
Bath towels too small, we would have preferred bath sheets. We experienced 3x nights of sleep disturbance from the rental flat downstairs. The guests sat up at until 5.30am talking loudly & we’re going outside to smoke every 20mins. The flat door and entry door banged closed on each occasion. Our host delt with the matter after we brought it to his attention. After that third night we had peace as no one was renting the downstairs flat.

Excellent location, quiet, and a short walk from the town and the seafront. And there is a parking space out front. There's only one flat below you, so your vehicle and theirs will both fit in. (Don't hog both spaces, mind).
The key code arrangement seems daunting at first but it's not. You get the code emailed to you an hour before arrival, then just get in and out using that code. Simples.
Smart TV, wifi, central heating etc all worked perfectly, and the flat is smart, comfortable, and newly decorated, with smashing giant sofas if you want to lounge in front of the telly.
Bonus: milk already in the fridge, and fresh fruit in the bowl. Very nice touches.
You will have difficulty finding the place! The one way system, and the way the roads fork, mean that you will overshoot and go the wrong way when you are trying to find this venue. Don't rely on satnav and the postcode, really look at the map before you set off. We've got lost both by car and on foot, and we were staying there for three days. Maybe it's just us.

The apartment was in a good location,it was clean,tidy,bedding was washed nicely you could still smell the softener on the sheets there was enough space for our family of 4 and the hosts left us coke,milk and water in the fridge along with a big fruit bowl and when you have travelled with children these small touches come in very handy would definitely book another stay next year.

Forgot about our early check in so apartment wasn’t clean on arrival but this was resolved once a phone call was made.
We received a complimentary late check out and comms to confirm our apartment was cleaned whilst we were out .
