Fab location
Hidden Cove Pool was fantastic
Staff were friendly, prompt and communication was great.
Ability to stay until our flight time was amazing. Didn’t even have to ask :)
Top bathroom flooded after showers. But they had a great mop on standby.
Air conditioner leaked towards the end of our stay (but understand this sometimes happens)

Great view. Clean. Admin are very attentive and respond quickly. It was good to have a buggy as part of the apartment for the time we were there.
Most self-catered properties are expected to have at least some milk in the fridge or some coffee pods. In the bathroom, they could have provided better-quality products than just the body wash; a body lotion could have been included. A hairdryer!? The sink was not draining, and the bathroom door was loose on the hinge. They were quick and came to fix it the next day.
