First of all, the location was right at the center, close to everywhere. Check-in was super easy and because there were no other bookings before or right after us, we could check-in quite early and leave later. The owner welcomed us in a very friendly way and with free stuff too(wine, water, sweet baked goods..)!! She gave us good tips about Kos. In the house everything was very well thought. The house was spotless clean. It was even more beautiful than the photos. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi a lot...
Nothing. Some nights you hear live music coming, but it is not a loud annoying music and they don't continue till very late at night.

we chose this property as two couples for three reasons- location, 2.5 bathrooms and the hot tub. We were not disappointed!! Ut gave us a cottage vibe, like it was a family’s second home, which we loved. Everything was great and we wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Thank you!! 💜

Wonderful accommodation. Great communication and everything you could want in accommodation was available. Greeted at Townhouse by host, lovely welcome treats (wine, cheese, crackers etc...) all the comforts of home away from home. Location couldn't have been better. Helped arranged transport to airport on departure. Just had a wonderful time.

The location was fabulous, 2 mins walk from the beach but still close to the city center, bars, restaurants and shopping facilities.

this property is amazing! I personally didn’t see another in the old town I would rather have stayed in. the interior decor is beautiful and there are all the amenities available for the most comfortable stay possible. having the roof terrace and hot tub was a dream come true for a girl’s trip. The Le Ca.bé staff were so helpful and on-hand for anything we needed too, excellent service thank you! The only downside was leaving at the end of the week!

Excellent property, magnificent location very close to old town, very responsive and super nice host.
Our return trip was 6:00 PM, they left us at the property for additional 4-5 hours after checkout time which was a great gesture.
Pickup from the port:
They promised that a driver will meet us at the port and take us to the property, the ride was cancelled literally 30 minutes before arrival which caused us some troubles to reach the place and wasted almost 2 hours.
For the record, they apologized and stated that it was out of their hands because the driver got stuck at the airport and couldn't make it on time.

Apartment is in an excellent location and the facilities have everything you would need for a holiday and more. Manager and owner were extremely friendly and helpful from organising taxis to and from airport, providing a hire car and arranging flexible check out. Hot tub was a very welcome addition.
There was nothing we would improve on. A 10/10 experience.

Casa Dell Artista is a place you will definitely want to return to. The hospitality of the hosts, the perfect cleanliness of the rooms, as well as everything necessary for living allow you to enjoy your vacation. The villa is close to the center of Kos, yet located in a quiet area very close to the sea. It is literally a few minutes to the beach, which is very convenient. The rooftop terrace with jacuzzi provides an additional opportunity to enjoy warm nights and starry skies.

The house is around the corner of the beach and 5 minutes walking from the city center, so it has the perfect location. The kitchen of the house is very wel equipped, unlike most vacation houses, which allows home like cooking. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom, which is a luxury we dont even have at home and we all appreciated!!

Best place in Kos town, super comfy house, amazing host and the rooftop! If I’ll ever visit Kos again I would stay here.

Huge apartment with everything you could possibly need, in a fantastic location close to the beach, shops and great restaurants.
Jacuzzi on the roof top was a nice extra
Not a fault of the apartment but there was construction work in the area, making it impossible to sleep after 8 am
