I would like to start by expressing my gratitude to the host for the warm welcome and clear instructions. Thank you for providing a crib for our child; it was greatly appreciated. Despite visiting during the off-season, we found plenty of warm blankets and the option to heat the room with the air conditioner, which was very convenient. There was always hot water available, which was a plus. The kitchen, although small, was efficiently arranged with ample pots and pans, allowing us to enjoy cooking delicious meals at home. The location was extremely convenient. There is a store nearby, as well as cafes where we could enjoy breakfast. In the evenings, the cafe was peaceful, which did not disturb our relaxation. The beach is very close, and there is a jogging track along its length, along with nearby exercise equipment.

The location was great close to the sea, shops and restaurants. It's in a quiet area.

The house needs a little tender love and care but it was a very good price for the length of stay we had. Not all of what was in the amenities list was present on arrival but the landlord did contact us several times to say if we needed anything just ask and he was very pleasant and helpful. Despite it needing a bit of tlc I would stop again at the price we paid off-season.

The host was very nice, we booked last minute and he accepted us at the same day. He helped us when we had questions and arranged some excursions in the country, it was great

photos shown on your website only 2 we’re off our property mainly of house next door ! shower was not clean pillows dirty and mattress very stained walls upstairs in bedroom covered in splashes and stains and kitchen no oven and camping cooking rings no hairdryer or iron , blind in living area badly Stained and dirty . overall the house needs a deep clean and replacement of pillows etc .

House is very old and not renovated for a long time. All of the house equipment and funitures should be renewed or replaced. House requires general cleaning, it wasn't really clean at all. We started our holidays with vacuum the entire house. There was a lot of dust everywhere, the floor wasn't washed at all. We had 3 tarraces in our house, but all together we had only three chairs for the outside area. Front balcony used for storage with some old washing machine, old terracota and a lot of non useful items. Generally messy. It is overestimated in the previous opinions.

The best place to stay in Larnaca if centrality of city location is not what you are looking for. The beach area with numerous pubs and restaurants are in hand reach, and this beats everything. Vassilis was an excellent host and always reachable.

The location is fantastic and the manager is lovely and very accommodating the house is a good size and the areas are very communal and good for eating and playing cards etc. Basic necessities provided. Right next to a coffee shop and a supermarket.

We arrived and one of the beds was broken we had to take 2 legs off so it was level. The balcony in what is effectively the children’s room is completely unsafe and unusable. The house had dead bugs in the cutlery draws and infested with ants. The shower had 0 pressure and was cold 9/10 times. The outside areas are fully covered so no sun on them.
