Hale Kamaole 240 Second floor condo, easy access to best beach on Maui!
Condominio molto confortevole con una camera da letto con vista parziale sull'oceano e sul giardino. Bellissimi mobili in rattan in soggiorno e sala da pranzo. Queen a letto nel soggiorno. Spaziosi mobili da cucina. La camera da letto ha un nuovo letto matrimoniale con cuscino e bei mobili per la camera da letto. Scrivania di fronte alla cucina. Grande TV a schermo piatto in soggiorno e TV da 32 pollici in camera da letto. Cucina completa ben fornita, frigorifero, macchina per il caffè, microonde, tostapane e pentole. Patio esterno, barbecue, grill a gas, doccia esterna, piscina in comune, tennis e la spiaggia dall'altra parte della strada.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

I learned that our unit had changed owners less than two weeks before we arrived. I am sure that the new owners have not had time to evaluate the condition and needs of our unit. They need to stay in 240 for a couple of weeks. As owners at Hale Kamaole for more than 20 years and as renters for another 20+ years we are familiar with the needs and challenges for both. This unit is one or two refreshing- and upgrading- cycles behind the best. Bathroom and kitchen in particular. I wish the new owners well.

Excellent location, condo grounds beautiful and well managed, this particular unit is decorated very nicely, really appreciate the beach chairs and umbrella, well stocked kitchen supplies) needs a few critical upgrades (stove-unable to use the oven with any accurate temp, bathroom upgrade is getting near dire need; screen on wonderful wide patio doors in need of wd40)

Close to our fav Maui beach and away from the road, we’ll stocked, helpful front desk, but the smell of stale cigarette smoke in the bedroom was disgusting!
