Il pilastro e la struttura del palo sono sorprendenti per il design aperto e la funzionalità. C'è un accogliente portico coperto con un grande ventilatore e sedie a dondolo. Il posto perfetto per sorseggiare una bibita fresca e rilassarsi.
L'ingresso della doppia porta si apre sul foyer che accede alle due ampie camere da letto e una scala che conduce al soppalco. La camera da letto principale comprende un nuovo letto king size, Smart TV e bagno interno. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e una nuova TV a schermo piatto da 32 ".
Il soppalco al piano superiore è una zona fantastica per i bambini con un letto full-size e due letti singoli. La cucina aggiornata è completamente attrezzata con nuovi elettrodomestici e ripiani in granito. Questo spazio si apre sulla zona giorno con soffitto a volta, molte finestre per luce naturale, mobili comodi e una nuova Smart TV a schermo piatto da 42 ".
Adiacente al soggiorno è una stanza del sole che è il luogo perfetto per leggere e riflettere. Il ponte posteriore presenta una nuova griglia a gas, ombrellone, tavolo e sedie. Questa zona è il luogo perfetto per godersi il cortile privato con un'abbondanza di palme lussureggianti e querce.
Il nostro luogo felice si trova sulla più bella isola privata e recintata nel paese basso. A soli 18 miglia da Beaufort SC, che è stato nominato da Southern Living Magazine come il no. 1 miglior piccola città 2017.

Personal pictures everywhere especially over the bed was creepy. House was hot. Hot water didn’t last long. Toys and debris all around the outside of the house. Lights in the house were blown out. Wicker outdoor furniture used for the living room was horrible and extremely uncomfortable to sit in on.

Our arrival was delayed due to a medical emergency. This was a peaceful place to come back together as a family! Would definitely stay again! So grateful.

This is a great little getaway and comes with everything you may need. The loft would be perfect if you are traveling with children. The house was clean upon checkin, stayed cool on really hot days, and was perfect for a quick trip. The golf cart was useful and this area of the island is quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay here this year. Fripp is one of our favorite places and this house was perfect for our family. It had plenty of room and was nice and clean. We loved the high ceilings and the personalized touches to the house. It was in a nice quiet area of the island.

We spent a peaceful month in this quaint, airy house surrounded by lush trees. The house is well equipped and the master bed is very comfortable. We loved having the cart to drive to the gorgeous beach.
Some of our best times were spent just relaxing on the beach, walking around the Fripp Island marshes, or hiking the trails and beaches of the Hunting Island State park nearby.
It was nice to be on the private, gated island and it was OK to not be a member of their exclusive club as there are good restaurants within easy reach on St. Helena Island and a wide choice of groceries, restsurants & shopping a half-hour away in Beaufort.
Thank you to Cheryl for sharing her lovely home and for being responsive to some minor issues. We definitely want to return to Fripp Island in the future.

Our experience with this host was extremely upsetting. She was constantly looking at and for us on her ring doorbell, which she did not disclose on the property description as required by VRBO policy. We were unable to use the front porch because we had no way of knowing whether she was watching us or listening to us. We chose to enter and exit the house through the back door only and then she accused us of damaging her ring doorbell while messaging us about what she could see on her ring doorbell. We tried to call and talk to her, but she did not answer. She also threatened to call Fripp Island security and have us removed from the house.
All of this was very creepy, and we felt like we were being stalked. We were there to walk in a 30-mile breast cancer walk and our stay at this house really put a damper on our enjoyment of the event.
The host attempted to charge us for the full security deposit. After reviewing the matter, VRBO determined that we were not liable for anything.

We all had a wonderful time. The kids enjoyed sleeping in a loft area. The layout of the home provided both a cozy gathering feel with space to be alone if needed. The location on the island was perfect! The deer loved the property and we got to see them throughout the day. You are a short walking distance to the park and shops. The plant life was spectacular and gave such a tropical feel. Truly enjoyed the stay.

This house was clean comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed including the golf cart We actually reserved the property the night before we needed reservations and it was smooth no issues! We thought it was a good location and definitely enjoyed our cart rides from one point of the island to the other! #GoodTimes

Our family has been coming to Fripp for years, and loved the layout of this home, as well as it’s location in a quiet neighborhood. Golf cart was a plus, and home is clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

This property is exactly what you see advertised. Adorable house. Great location out of the hustle and bustle of the "main" area. Super quiet. Loved the fan on the front porch and the rocking chairs! A MUST in August!! Check-in and Check-out were completely painless! Super easy and stream lined!

Overall our stay at Fripp Island was a good trip. We enjoyed the location of the rental but it was truly lacking in cleanliness, however we didn’t allow it to be an issue and enjoyed a much needed beach trip. Thank you!

Vacationing the dream
We stayed here last year and this time was just as wonderful. The weather was super and the home was so welcoming we didn’t believe how fast the time went by. My thought about this was don’t cry because it’s over but smile because it happened!’

House was NOT handicapped accessible as I spoke to thee own about prior to booking our trip. Someone needs to explain that disability is to her with 6’5” hubby who cannot climb stairs.

Relaxing travel stop
We really enjoyed the quiet and peacefulness of your house. We explored all of Fripp Island and the surrounding areas, but loved coming back to our little temporary home to relax before heading on south to Naples. Loved the golf cart that allowed our little dog to join us on excursions. The layout of your home really suited our needs. Thank you for letting us stop over for a few days to recharge.

There were 4 adults all together. Everything was nice, clean and easy to get around. The loft bedroom was nice and our grandchildren would love it up there. Plenty of room. We only used the downstairs. There were somethings that could stand an update but, that doesn't matter to us. We celebrated our 33rd anniversary and our friends 58th birthday. They had never been to Fripp before. They are from Florida and loved it all. So glad you let us bring our 4 legged baby. She gets so homesick and won't eat if she is boarded. The house was stocked with what we needed. We went to Gays fish house and got fish straight off the boat. House had everything we needed. Thank you for the wonderful mini vacation.

Fantastic Private Getaway
The location was great. The house was peaceful and inviting. My kids loved the loft area where they slept. We enjoyed the house but honestly spent most of our time in the golf cart or on the beach. We will certainly be back.

Perfect Covid Vacation
Fripp Island is the perfect getaway when you don’t want to be part of the tourist crowd. Fabulous place, great house. My only complaint is the furniture in this house. Extremely uncomfortable!!

This property met our needs well. The owner is very communicative and helpful. Kitchen is best described as a galley kitchen in my opinion. Fully equipped but very compact. Fripp and its beach are a complete experience.

We loved our vacation on Fripp Island. We saw deer everyday and the beaches were beautiful. The home was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The area was very quiet and peaceful. We were able go fishing and crabbing nearby and we loved driving the golf cart to explore the island.

Property is nice enough. Small but nicely decorated. However, my overall experience was not what I'd hope for in a vacation, and certainly far less than what I've experienced at previous rentals. When we arrived at Fripp Island after a 5 hour drive, our pass for the island was not ready. Once we settled in, the WiFi instructions were wrong, and I had to contact the owner again. I was also not informed that I'd need to bring hand soap, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper or laundry detergent (we didn't plan to do laundry). I wish this had been made more clear in the beginning so I didn't have to spend my vacation running out to the store.
