The apartment was exactly what we were looking for, enough room for the 2 of us, good beds and good facilities in the kitchen en bathroom. Situated on the first floor made it easy accessible and not a lot of hassle to get you luggage there. the host has been very helpful and made us feel at home with the provided information. Being there in the winter is for sure different then summer, our summer requirements are different, but in all honesty this place is more then perfect in winter. it is clean, well located (5 min walk to the closest lift) very close to the supermarket and the village.. We would book again!

What we were missing was a good couch, the one in the apartment might be there a while and could be better. After a day on the slopes you need something comfortable to sit on, other then you bed. Further more the parking situation. This is not something the host can fix, as Cervinia is crowded and parking is not easy. We parked out car in front of the nearest lift for a week and never used the car in the week, we used the car as storage for our gear (not ski's)

it’s a nice apartment, clean and well appointed. Proper bedrooms, comfy beds. kitchen pretty well equipped with enough supplies (washing up liquid salt pepper) to avoid heading straight to the supermarket. Quite close to the lifts and very close to the last run of the day.

Might be too small for four adults. One more comfy chair would be nice. No views from the apartment windows.

Really nice apartment a short walk from the main gondola. Easy skiing back to the apartment in the afternoon. Very warm. Modern. Clean. Quiet. Spacious for a two bed skiing self catering for family. Supermarket and ski hire five minutes walk away. Ski locker downstairs.

Hey. Nothing is perfect. It's an uphill walk back to the apartment, but it's a downhill walk to the lifts and centre of town! No balcony or views to speak of, but I've come here to ski and see plenty of mountains and snow during the day, so in the evenings, apartment is nice to just relax and play cards/games/cook/eat/relax.

The apartment was clean and well heated. Communication with the owner is pretty fast. Supermarket not too far. Ski shop (rent) close by. Easy check-in. Quite neighborhood.

There are some major issues when renting this apartment for a ski holiday: 1. The shower does not have enough hot water for more than 2 people unless you do a very very quick shower. After a day of skiing it is very frustrating. We also had an issue with the shower drain, after speaking with the owner (via the booking app) he sent me to buy a Liquid Drain Clean in the nearest supermarket... 2. The living room has 1 very very very uncomfortable sofa. So after a day of skiing if you want to relax you'll need to go to bed. There is a dining table with 2 wooden stools and a wooden bench which are great when you eat around the table but are not for relaxing.... 3. The kitchen is very basic. You can use the stove for 2 pots but cannot use both on max heat since the electric fuse will pop. 4. It is over 400 meters from the closest ski lift (measured it on Google Earth). Not a big issue for snow-borders but walking with ski boots down and up the hill to the lift it is not easy. 5. The apartment is at the back of the building on the ground level - so there are no views at all. 6. No car park close by.

The property is very close to the city centre , shop, restaurants, lift and church. Nice building and well equipped 2 bedroom unit. Place is super clean . In fact it is the cleanest place for skiers I have ever been to. Plenty of storage. Small kitchenette with everything you need to prepare for quick meal. Also good quality sheets and towels. Super comfortable beds! Bathroom was clean with hot shower.

The main problem for us was very poor internet. Almost non existent. No reading light in the main bedroom. No second set of keys for 4 people? Windows and balcony completly snowed in so no possibility to open the window and air the rooms. I understand it is seasonal and they had massive snow dump but it was bordering us as we could not open the windows. During the day no natural light.

Warm, had all things we needed. Good kitchen.

Really slow wifi and even data. Only working on the master bedroom.
