We had a wonderful stay at Riad & Spa Azzouz. The place was beautiful and welcoming, but what made our visit truly special was the people. Hicham was incredibly kind and helped us with everything we needed throughout our stay. He made us feel genuinely cared for, and we’re so grateful for his warmth and generosity. Thank you to the whole team for making our time in Marrakech so memorable!
Nothing — everything was perfect for us.

The staff were extremely helpful and gracious. Breakfast was fit for a king! Lovely and clever use of the space. Was very comfortable.
Hot water takes a long time to warm up- water gets wasted!
There’s building work on the outside which diminishes the look of the exterior and you have to get through a dark alley to get to the Riad.

Posizione e struttura ottima, personale cordiale e super colazione.
Piscina sul tetto fantastica per rinfrescarsi nelle ore più calde.
Unica pecca: Davanti al Riad subito fuori, c’è una zona abbandonata che non è proprio bella da vedere.

The personnel was really welcoming and willing to help and assist. We had a wonderful breakfast served in our room. Sammad help us to arrange the taxi to the airport and a service to transport our luggage. Great team.
The Riad is located in the Medina meaning no cars or taxis are allowed in. We had to walk 7 min in the middle of the Medina which gets really busy with bikes, motorcycles and people with our luggage to get in and out. The location is in a hidden alley really not inviting and dark, hard to find.
