We enjoyed our stay from beginning to end. It was the perfect location in Cabo to walk to Restaurants on the beach as well as a quick ride into town.
The property is well-maintained and clean. The market on the property is perfect to get coffees and pastries in the morning as well as breakfast snacks, and lunch.
The pool was buzzing with lots of friendly people, as well as attentive and friendly staff members.

The unit was spacious and clean. We had a wonderful view of the ocean and the pool. Access to all of the neighboring complexes for restaurants. Overall it was quiet but allowed for lots of time to enjoy my family!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything thing was clean and beautiful and the staff were kind, friendly and always ready to assist. The rooms were amazing and had everything you needed and more. We would highly recommend staying here.

Our trip at La Estancia was truly amazing! Villa was beautiful and had a great view! Don was a fantastic host and even helped with transportation to and from the airport. The entire resort is impeccable and one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. I also love how you can eat at the other restaurants next to the property. Can’t recommend enough!! Hope to come back next year!

Spacious Villa with all the amenities you need…and more! Fantastic location at the resort with proximity to the pool, fitness center and beach. Had a minor issue with the A/C but the property manager was amazing and took great care to get it resolved quickly. I’d definitely book again. My family enjoyed every moment and we had a great vacation!

Our family traveled to Cabo the third week of May 2023. Our stay at Dons condo at Villa Estancia was amazing! We loved everything about our trip and accommodations! The people there are welcoming, friendly, and very helpful with any questions we had including but not limited to dinner and lunch recommendations. We will return!

I thought the accommodations were nice. Lots of amenities at the Villa and the rooms were lovely. We especially liked the patio overlooking the pool. It was a very nice and relaxing spot and had a nice view of the pool area and a glimpse of the ocean. We enjoyed the pools and the hot tubs and the outdoor bar. We did not eat at the restaurant, it was a little pricey. The food looked good there though. For the inside of the unit, it was well appointed and comfortable. We did not do any cooking there, so I cannot comment on that, but there was a coffee maker and toaster. The only complaint I have is that there was no soap to wash dishes — neither liquid soap nor dishwasher soap, and there were no paper towels. One recommendation I would make for the owner is to stock the unit with one (or two) days worth of coffee— just a packet or two to get the renter through the first day of Jet lag. I always find that to be a nice touch when rentals have that.

This condo had everything we needed and wanted for 3 relaxing days. We enjoyed using the weight room and of course the pools. The property is close enough to walk to the beach restaurants such as Tabascos and Las Cascadas.
The condos furnishings are lovely , even better than the pictures !!

What a gem! This unit is amazing. The property is top notch. We loved that the units each had their own doors and space. We were traveling with another husband/wife and at the end of the night they essentially have their own condo to themselves as the unit is split in two. Amenities are fantastic. And close enough to the marina and restaurants to enjoy Cabo. Great experience!

The property was exactly as described and as beautiful as the pictures show. Prearranged transportation from and to the airport was very straightforward, check-in was seamless, and staff were very attentive, responding to all our needs promptly and graciously. We are so happy with our experience, we are thinking of making it our "warm weather" trip every January.
You can't go wrong reserving this unit (just don't pick "my week") lol - Steve

I am a tough customer and at every step of the way I was content with the owner, accommodations, resort…..everything.
Loved hitting all the latest restaurants. Loved the ability to use Uber and that they can now drop us off at the door.
We will definitely be back.

I know why it's called "Beautiful Villa" this villa is just beautiful. It was beyond my expectations and one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The staff at the resort were very kind and accommodating. Great location, close to everything. We had many good dinners at the three local combined resorts although the kitchen in the villa has EVERYTHING you could possibly need to prepare meals for your family, and then some.
Don the owner was very quick to respond with any questions I had. I hope to be returning.

The villa is amazing!!! It is located in one of the nicest properties in Cabo.. $9 cab ride to downtown or walking distance if you are up to it This was our first trip to Mexico and we felt so safe at the resort. Here are a few tips for those traveling on a budget. The resort food and drinks are spendy as they should be, because of the amazing resort...Go to Costco and meal plan. The staff is so attentive and if that is your thing you will want for nothing but be prepared to tip.. Would stay here again Don is an amazing host...

3 friends and I rented Dons unit for my birthday. It has an amazing view of the ocean and a huge deck to sit and relax. The pool was very nice with a swim up bar. Short water taxi to downtown. Unit was very big & well stocked.

Fantastic stay in a spacious and clean condo. Ground floor (1 flr above pool level) location is fantastic for easy access to the pool and Medano beach. Grounds are beautiful, it's peaceful at night, property owner and staff on-site are super helpful, parking very convenient. The pool is perfect for adults and toddlers alike, w/ pool bar, shallow areas, waterfalls. Highly recommend!

The condo was wonderful. We travel frequently and often stay in high end resorts. We really enjoyed this property and its great location on the beach with the proximity to the restaurants and marina. We loved all the amenities on property and felt like we were at a resort. We traveled with our college aged kids and we all had a great time. The owner was so helpful even before our vacation began. We will definitely rent this condo again.

Great place with a few bumps..
Don’s property is fantastic! It is everything promised. Large, clean, view of the pool, close to the center of town. We loved the unit and I would recommend it to my best friends.
We did have a few learnings about Estancia though… it is a beautiful property, that is close to everything Cabo.. I think you have to decide what you are looking for….. if you want a community, this is the wrong place. If you want a transactional vacation, this works in many ways. The property is great , but expensive. Don’t come here expecting a reasonable Mexican vacation. The deli, store and restaurants are expensive for what you get. I would recommend you pay in pesos. Everybody accepts dollars but the exchange rate is not good. Use the ATM. Understand that you have a 10% premium for US $ vs pesos. The food is generic and average at the resort and pool. The South American Grill at Los Arcos next door was outstanding. Carlos the manager helped us solve a problem and we are grateful. The food At the pool was mediocre and over priced. I get that they have to pay for this giant property, but I would like to have some good meals. We went to Il Forno close by and a couple of dive bars on the beach and had a much better time with more reasonable drinks. The summary is that Estancia was a great way to u deter and the Cabo game, but I will know what I am getting into the next time I visit…

Paradise Home Away From Home
I’m sitting in the immaculate lobby waiting for our VIP Transportation back to the airport. Don, your home is beautiful and the kids and I were so comfortable during our stay.
The resort is extraordinarily safe (security was on point at all times of the day) and the grounds were immaculate. I didn’t even see sand on the ground until we went to the beach just outside the condo!
For families traveling, this is a very peaceful resort. For my party animal kindred spirits, the swim up bar staff were legendary! Their alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks were the perfect escape from the heat and the food everywhere we went to was so good!
The kitchen had every needed appliance, silverware and utensils you need. The market in the complex has everything you need to creat your own culinary creations. Just be sure to prepare to buy condiments, oil and seasoning in addition to the main ingredients.
I take the kids on vacay every summer and they all said this year was the best!
We were treated like royalty and we learned some Spanish words along the way.
If you get the chance, parasailing and zip lining were a great adventure. Just be prepared to hike…a LOT.
God willing, we will return next year. Part of my heart belongs to Cabo now.

We’ve never been to Cabo before, so we had no idea where to stay. This was the best choice we could have made. Don is speedy to reply to messages. We are looking forward to visiting again.

Mother daughter trip
As others have noted, Don makes this process so easy and comfortable. Check in/check out was a breeze -- and each individual who works at La Estancia -- from the front of house to gate-keepers to all in between -- are incredibly gracious.

Beautiful Villa

We love, love, love this location. Everything is centrally located. There is so much to do! Kids and adults had a wonderful time. I highly recommend!
