Bloor West Village Gem!

Costruito in origine quasi 100 anni fa, abbiamo trascorso un anno completamente rinnovare e ripristinare tutta la casa dentro e fuori (completato nel 2013).
La nostra casa dispone di 3 ampie camere da letto. La camera da letto ha un letto king size con una cabina armadio, un "Juliette balcone" che si affaccia il nostro giardino e bagno con grande doccia. Le altre 2 camere sono molto spaziose per una casa di questa età con ampie finestre e armadi su misura. Il bagno principale è rifinito in marmo con una testa doccia a pioggia e vasca soaker profondo per una stazione termale come atmosfera.
Il piano principale è composto da soggiorno con camino a legna e TV nascosta unica dietro l'arte cubana sopra il camino (47 "HD, TV LED con PVR e Netflix, ecc). Fuori del soggiorno è la stanza principale in polvere pavimento. Forse la caratteristica migliore della casa sarebbe la cucina. E 'grande e molto aperto con tutto il necessario se vi piace cucinare, tra cui una serie stufa a gas professionale vichingo. Fuori la cucina è una grande zona pranzo con un costruito in panca e tavola grande fienile tavolo da pranzo che può ospitare 10 persone. Al largo della sala da pranzo e attraverso le porte del giardino, c'è un 4 fuochi barbecue a gas naturale, su un grande ponte e abbastanza grande (per Toronto) cortile con struttura di gioco per i bambini. Si può anche trascorrere del tempo sulla veranda in serata con un bicchiere di vino e un libro!
Il piano interrato ha bucato che siete invitati a utilizzare. C'è anche VCA centrale, aria condizionata centralizzata e internet (più CAT5 punti vendita) wireless in tutta la casa.
C'è un sacco di parcheggio in strada davanti alla casa, se avete una macchina. Abbiamo anche 2 biciclette per adulti e moto di un bambino che si è invitati a utilizzare durante la visita.
Se non si ha familiarità con Bloor West Village ... è un bel quartiere tranquillo che è stato valutato tra i migliori quartieri di Toronto di Toronto Life Magazine. Siamo vicini a High Park, il fiume Humber, piste ciclabili e la metropolitana / Public Transit (TTC). Valutati su una scala in cui 100 è perfetto, punteggi eccezionalmente bene sulla passeggiata internazionali (87), di transito (79), in bicicletta (75) Indice. Bloor West Village offre non solo una cucina raffinata e shopping, ma fornisce tutte le nozioni di base, tra cui alimentari, frutta fresca e verdura del mercato stand, negozi di droga, macellerie, pescherie, terme, saloni, studi di yoga, liquore / enoteche e molto di più.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Wonderful owners who made us feel at home during a stressful move. Everything was clean and beautiful. Very close to family parks and Bloor st amenities. Highly recommend.

What a great home! Mark and Yordest were really wonderful hosts and we felt so welcome right away. The house is so delightfully appointed and all the comforts of home are right there. It was important to us that we have good places to gather to catch up with each other, and not only was there a comfortable living space, there is also an amazing kitchen table, and the outdoor deck was incredible. The neighborhood is really lovely too and felt hip and young. We walked to several stores nearby, all very accessible, and had everything we needed to make a great weekend. I have found myself wondering when I can get back to stay in this house again. Thank you so much for our lovely weekend with old friends. Your house is just absolutely perfect.

We stayed for about two months in June/July 2019. We are a family of five and we lay emphasize on feeling at home when travelling. Thanks to this house we were immediately able to feel like we would actually live in Toronto. Clean and cosy with a great neighborhood. Subway nearby -8min walk. We were sad to leave -- but life goes on....

Yordest and Mark were very easy to work with and helped make our stay very enjoyable! Everything we needed was there and if not, within easy walking distance. There was a power outage and they contacted us just to make certain we were ok. Would stay at their place again in a heartbeat.

Lovely house, 2-3 blocks north of Bloor, with lots of character, beautifully decorated and home from home feel. Nice deck to sit out and BBQ. Owners are very helpful, responsive to questions and relaxed about having visitors in their home. Easy access to downtown via TTC / uber. Good selection of shops and restaurants locally to allow for lazy days in the local neighbourhood. Recommend Mad Mexican restaurant, Coco for handmade chocolates and ice cream and local coffee shops in Jane/Annette area and on Annette/Quebec Avenue
We were a family of 4 from UK, including two teenage kids. We'd definitely consider staying again, if the hosts would have us.

We had a family get together for a weekend. We were greeted at the house by the owners who were very welcoming and showed us around their home. Everything we needed was on hand and the home was very comfortable.

The house was exactly what we needed after a stressful house/city move and worked well as our base in the city before moving into our permanent house. The space was lovely and it was great having the outdoor space and kids swing set in the backyard.

I could not have imagined a lovelier home for my family to stay in during our long weekend in Toronto. Mark and his family were extremely accommodating and gave us some wonderful suggestions to explore in the neighborhood. We will be so lucky to return.

My family just returned from our Foodie Vacation to Toronto. We could not have asked for a nicer family to rent from. We felt like we were staying our own family home. Everything from the excellent instructions on usage of the TV, appliances and BBQ, to their instant response on any questions or recommendations. If we are ever lucky enough to travel back to Toronto, we will most certainly find this gem again.

My daughters and I stayed here for two weeks while visiting family and friends. The house is perfection. And the location is amazing. I was so excited when I found this house online. And everything about it was even better than I hoped. The hosts are lovely and very helpful. I hope next time I come to Toronto it will be available again! Thank you to my hosts!
