3 televisori a schermo piatto, 1 in ogni camera da letto e 1 smart tv principale con accesso a Netflix e altri canali di streaming.
Bel ponte sul davanti e sul retro della proprietà con divano esterno e sedie sotto il baldacchino posteriore. Sedie a sdraio disponibili sul ponte.

Recently stayed for the second time at this cute beach house. The home is clean and comfortable and has all of the needed supplies including plenty of kitchen houseware. Plus, ideal location to the beach with perfect beach access. This has become my place to stay when visiting Pensacola beach.

The location is pretty nice. Everything regarding the house itself was OK. Except some aunts in the kitchen. Owner promised to hire an excavator immediatelly.

We loved staying a week at this cozy beach house, it is the perfect size for a couple or small family. The beach is just a short walk away, and restaurants and shops are just a short bike ride away. No need to bring anything but your clothes, bikinis, and food to this house! I packed entirely too much and did not need to bring things like detergent, shampoo, beach towels, chairs, and extra toilet paper. Everything you use at home is already provided for you at this beach house. It is an older home in a quiet neighborhood, but super clean and tidy. Brad was quick to answer emails and very helpful with recommendations for the area. Highly recommended, and we will definitely stay here again.

Brad is a great host and almost immediately answers any questions, the place has a cool beach cart for supplies and an outdoor shower and is a very short walk to the beach, this is the second time we’ve stayed here and we love it

This beach house was the perfect needed vacation for my family. The accommodations were terrific and had everything provided. Extremely clean with very cute décor. In fact, the bedrooms and hallways appeared recently painted and the carpet looked brand new in the bedrooms. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were modern. Such a nice home to relax and make you feel at home.
There is an enclosed shaded balcony sitting area. And a sunny outdoor balcony area to enjoy the sunshine with lounge chairs. Plenty of space and time for meditation. Nice touch!
It was great being so close to the beach one block away with easy access to get onto the beach. Some properties do not have such great access, but this one does. The owners provided a wagon to carry our supplies to the beach. And the heated outdoor shower was a nice touch to get the sand off our legs and feet from returning after spending some time at the beach. I also loved having a garage to privately park my car inside and out of the sun.
This home is located in a very quiet beach neighborhood, but close enough to the action of restaurants, bars, and shopping on the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk. So much fun and things to do and enjoy. Will return to this property the next time we visit Pensacola beach. Must stay here!

Older well-maintained property minutes from beach. House as advertised. Sand dunes and a strip of ocean can be seen from back deck. You can hear the waves in the distance. Really enjoyed our time! The beach wagon was especially helpful in getting our gear to and from the beach. Fun restaurants close by. We even had a Blue Angels fly by one afternoon!

This was an excellent rental from start to finish. Nice house with all the needed amenities (kitchen, laundry, towels, extra sheets, beach toys, chairs, sun-tent, etc). It's about a 3-5 min walk to the beach, which was way nicer than we expected. Perfect, white, fluffy sand, and wasn't crowded at all. Short drive to some fun restaurants and bars as well, could probably even walk. Would definitely recommend!

This home was the perfect size for our family of 4. It was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect- an easy walk to the beach for our kids. The beach cart was super helpful with getting chairs and an umbrella down to the beach and back. We enjoyed our stay here.

This was the second year we stayed at this cozy beach house. The owner made some improvements to the property over the past year. We especially liked the new storage area under the outside steps. There was a beach cart, umbrellas, beach chairs, and boogie boards. The house was very clean, so close to the beach, and the owner is accommodating and always responds to emails in a timely manner. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and is a short quick walk to the beach. We love Pensacola Beach and are already looking forward to our next visit.

Loved this house
The house is so cute! Perfect for friends, couples or families wanting to visit the beach. Very convenient location to the beach, shopping and restaurants! The beach itself was never overly crowded. Beach towels, umbrella, chairs and a wagon are provided which were easy to load up and set up. Highly recommend staying at this property and I look forward to returning in the future!

Beach Escape
This place was cute and charming and had everything we needed. It was only one block from the beach. It was a quiet little house with all the comforts of home. It was only a 5 min drive up all the shops and restaurants. It was so easy to get to. Brad was an excellent host and was super communicative before and during our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

This house was so great. So close to the beach, and away from the pier and crowds. Very quiet and peaceful. Easy walk or drive to the boardwalk. Clean, great balconies, and best part all the stuff provided. I've stayed places before where there was next to nothing. This house has not just dishes and towels but beach towels, beach toys, toiletries, kitchen essentials like salt pepper sugar, even paper towels and baggies.
Easy check in, and early. Thank you so much for a great vacation with the kiddos!

Many two-bedroom homes on the beach have only one bathroom, but this house has two (which is a huge plus often overlooked). It is a great value for the price.
The owner was very pleasant, and we had great communication. He had clear instructions and was informative on places to eat and to visit. This spot is in a perfect location one block from the beach with super easy beach access. It is in a quiet area but still close enough to the action of wonderful restaurants and bars.
I enjoyed relaxing on the back deck before going to the beach. There was a wagon, chairs, umbrella, and beach towels provided. The outdoor shower was a perk to get the sand off after hanging out at the beach all day. It was also an added perk to be able to park my car inside the garage with plenty of space.
Btw, the Wifi is super-fast and there is a TV in each bedroom. The kitchen is fully supplied with everything needed to cook. This home has a very comfortable feel inside with nice outdoor landscaping. I really like the fact that there is so much more additional space offered renting a home than any hotel, as everyone could occupy their own space.
Will return to this beach and book at this location again.

There was plenty of space for the four of us. The house had nice appliances-all looked new and were stainless steel. The appliances included a gas stove, and the refrigerator had an ice maker. The two bedrooms with two baths were ideal, and the living and kitchen areas were exactly what we needed. Both of my kids enjoyed having own bed. It was nice having a garage for extra privacy and the landscaping (including many palm trees) was wonderful. The large back porch was nice with one part covered with a nice sitting area and the other part having an area to sunbathe with new loungers provided.
The Pensacola Beach Trolley has a regular stop point one block in front of this house to take riders to restaurants and shopping. Per the website, it is in operation from May-September and is a free service. Or it is a quick drive (less than 5 minutes) if you are not a big walker.

Outstanding find-2nd time to stay here!
We love this property. It continues to be exactly what we were hoping for: perfect location-quiet neighborhood, but close to shops and restaurants; comfortable furnishings-from furniture to utensils and supplies; cute décor; and easy and helpful communications with the owner.
This is a well-kept clean property that is up to date. You can literally walk a block to the beach and get your toes in the sand. I personally enjoyed sitting out on the back porch every morning drinking coffee, then returning in the evening to drink a glass of wine. So relaxing and private. You can even hear the sounds of the gulf waves in the distance sitting on the porch.
We will definitely book again.

Good stay, nice house that was well stocked with cooking equipment and other needed items. House was older but fairly well maintained. Only issue I had was owner/manager was VERY strict about rules and communications. After checking in, he was much nicer and helpful.
