Everything was as described, great door options for allowing breezes with screens and security, super comfortable beds, close to tram and metro and Saturday fresh food market, peaceful area with a park nearby. Excellent responsive communication and attitude by owner.
The street is noisy at night with motorbikes on the weekend, with doors open, however fine with them shut and using airconditioning instead. Stairs could be a problem for some, but were fine for us.

The area is extremely convenient. It is very easy to get to the trams and underground train. There is a super market around the corner and many coffees houses including traditional restaurants nearby.
The apartment also had all the facilities we needed.

Fab location, super close to metro station and easily accessible. Apartment was clean, well equipped, and air conditioned. Check in/check out was very smooth.
We found that one of the double beds was unsuitable for 2 people to sleep on as it was far too soft, which meant two of us had to sleep on the sofa and camp bed in the living area. Fine for 2 nights, wouldn't want to do it for any longer though!
