We typically stay closer to the boardwalk but really enjoyed this part of OC. Place was perfect for us and our extended family. Host was very responsive and helpful.

We stayed at this Ocean City getaway during the weekend of Ophelia and it rained all weekend. However, the half marathon was enjoyable and family time was nice despite the weather. We had great communication with the owner and it was a nice quiet street and time to enjoy a little family bonding.

The house was just amazing. It had everything you could ever need...even with two infants. It is a few blocks from a great beach. I would go back in a heartbeat.

The place was beautiful and spacious for our family of four plus some guests. Everything we could need was at the house and the outdoor shower was a very nice feature, as well.
The owners were extremely easy to communicate with and the location was perfect! We’ll definitely be looking to come and stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location and layout of the house was perfect. Loved the beachy nautical decor. We and our family members found the mattresses in the rooms comfortable. It was great to have both front and back decks.
An ottoman and shades or curtains for the deck would be wonderful additions.

Kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities, but had more than any other place we have stayed in 13 years.
Our grandchildren believe that this may be our new place to stay!

Our family greatly enjoyed our beach stay at Sue's place in OCNJ. Sue has great communication and clearly values her guests, with a kitchen well-stocked with cookware and plateware needs for families or groups that love to cook and enjoy the space. This condo comfortably accommodates twelve people, is quite spacious, and was very clean when we arrived. We personally loved the quieter neighborhood, and the boardwalk is still a super quick drive or bike ride away; very nice location. Despite a rainy week, we still had a great vacation, and I think this property meeting our needs so well helped make the stay as enjoyable as it did. Would highly recommend.

Finding this property that sleeps 12 was exactly what we needed. The street was surprisingly quiet due to the bike path "cross-street" being blocked off. Front and back porch areas were great for quiet time and/ or picnic table seating for meals.

My family (7 adults, 4 kids) had a great time in OCNJ! The house is a short walk to the beach, away from the craziness of the boardwalk. Wr had plenty of room to hang out inside or on both of the decks. Hopefully this is the start of a yesry family tradition at the beach!

Beautiful House Wonderful Owners
We really enjoyed our time here! The house was exactly as listed and had everything that we needed. Short walk to the beach, playground, ice cream and grocery store! The owners were super responsive! Also my four-year-old son left his security blanket on the bunkbed and we didn’t realize until we were back in Pennsylvania. The owners found it and shipped it back to us at no cost! It was the kindest thing!

Beautiful home near the beach in south end of Ocean City. Spacious, open and airy floor plan. Morning sun for coffee on the front deck. Quiet street. Mourning doves cooing. Back deck great for yoga in the morning shade. 5 minute walk to a gorgeous beach. Owner is responsive and easy to communicate with and wonderful to rent from. This was our second stay. Will definitely return again.

Like some of the previous reviews stated, definitely scope for a deep clean because one of the bedrooms had crumbs under one of the bedspreads, candy under the bed and there were some unclean items in the kitchen. Also the fireplace wasn't functioning sadly. However, with some TLC, and perhaps a different cleaner, this property could truly be a great stay otherwise! Owner was really gracious because we unexpectedly hit bad weather and many places shut down as the area hunkered down for a huge noreaster - 60 mph winds and coastal flood advisory made us cut our weekend visit short, and owner agreed to a partial refund. If not for the weather, we think we could have had a great time given the proximity to the beach and local attractions.

We specifically wanted a place in this Gold Coast location and it did not disappoint! This is a very comfortable home and is beautifully decorated. Would definitely rent again.

Lovely home in a great location….enjoyed sitting out on the front porch and having bfast at the large dining table. My only suggestion would be to evaluate the cleaning service. There were toothbrushes in the bathroom, candy under the bed and the shower in the master bath looked dirty. I don’t blame the homeowners as I realize this is not their primary home but would just recommend that they look into a different cleaning service….thank you!

Lovely home in a great location….enjoyed sitting out on the front porch and having bfast at the large dining table. My only suggestion would be to evaluate the cleaning service. There were toothbrushes in the bathroom, candy under the bed and the shower in the master bath looked dirty. I don’t blame the homeowners as I realize this is not their primary home but would just recommend that they look into a different cleaning service….thank you!
