We enjoyed our stay very much.

Peaceful & quiet ( minus the neighbors rooster 😂) easy access to everywhere. Within 10-15 minutes.

We came all the way from Brazil, and after a long flight Steven made sure we had a great stay. He and his family were super kind and thoughtful and we can only be grateful for that! I’d definetely recommend and come Back!

Very comfortable and spacious apartment near the airport. Beautiful sunset from the lanai! Kitchenette was suitable for preparing simple meals. The check-in process was a little confusing as we didn't know where to go when we got there, but otherwise a great stay!

Great stay. Beautiful view. Just right for location. Only thing we didn’t like was if you want privacy using the toilet this is not for you. Other than that it was well worth the price

Steven's apartment was clean, furnished beautifully, and was spacious. The apartment allows for ample privacy. The entrance is separate but still attached to their family home, so it's good to be mindful of that. The toilet is behind "saloon" like swinging doors, but the washroom area is big, very clean and modern. The temperature was perfect, and they have extra blankets and pillows if you need it, and a very big closet. They provide parking, a coin washer and dryer, beach chairs & umbrella, and two water bottles upon check-in. It's a wonderful location, with most things within a 10 minute drive from the apartment. The airport is very close by too! Steven was kind enough to accommodate a late check-in, and helped us when we had some trouble finding the location at night. Thank you again Steven for the beautiful stay and abundant hospitality :)

Outstanding.

Nice, quiet neighborhood. Surprising given how close it is to the airport. Didn't realize there would be a family including small children right beneath the unit. But they were very quiet! Also didn't know they were recovering from Covid, disclosed to me when I arrived, but since the space was separate from the main house with two entrances it worked out fine. Not a full kitchen but well equipped. This is perfect for one or two people who want to be off the beaten path yet it's close to Kailua and central to many beaches north and south of the airport.

The studio was nice and our host was very respectful and gracious. My wife and I did unfortunately encounter a few cockroaches during our stay. The accommodations themselves were very clean and it is hard to control pests in such a warm climate. However, communication about solutions was not as timely as we would have hoped. The host also did not want to send his son up while we were in the space to set up traps but had either one reached out to us we would have worked to coordinate a solution. Ultimately, we appreciated the chance to stay however.

We had a wonderful stay ! Steve is really kind and the place is perfect to discover Big Island.

Steve was a great host. He welcomed us on arrival and even gave us some seasonal fruit from his fruit trees! He also invited us to use his pool. The accommodations were indeed spacious and super clean. With the fans going and windows open, and closing the appropriate blinds to keep direct sunlight out, the temperature was perfectly fine and not too hot. Overall we really felt welcomed and comfortable and would highly recommend!

Steve, our host, was fabulous. His studio was delightful. His property has all the feelings of true Hawaii. There’s a pool on his property we got to enjoy after a full day of island adventures. This has been my wife and I's favorite place to stay at each of the islands. It is a hidden gem! Steve was so accommodating and helpful! He shared some of his fresh fruit that came out of his garden. His space is big and has a balcony, as well as cooking supplies. We were able to cook breakfast each of the mornings during our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment - so spacious, quiet, comfortable and clean. We appreciated being in a quiet neighborhood with ocean views, yet close to the airport and Costco. Steve and his family were friendly and very responsive to requests - Mahalo!

Steven was always available when we had questions, his family is lovely. They were very respectful of our privacy but happy to chat when we ran into them around the property. We felt completely comfortable and at home. The location is great for visiting Hapuna beach, Waikoloa as well as the coffee plantations. Be sure to check out The Vanilleri, just down the hill towards the highway. Great ice cream! Thank you Steven and family for making "going out into the world" safe and fun for us. Aloha!
