Room not allocated, despite paying full amount in advance and receiving confirmation from booking.com and Oyo rooms. The point of taking money in advance is to avoid this kind of inconveniences while travelling. Any they are not refunding the full amount as well, for reasons unknown to normal people. Infact oyo rooms need to pay more for the inconveniences caused to the customer for their system failure, rather than snatching money from unfortunate customers.

Prepaid the room from Booking.com and OYO, still reception asked to pay additional amount saying the portal is wrong. Had to wait for more than an hour, delaying my office work schedule and finally had to pay and get the room as I had to start my work. For that price, there are better alternate options available with parking facility. Totally unprofessional, still they don't take back the listing in this portal.

No glass, plate
No tooth brush, vanity kit
Irresponsible staff - gave me the keys and directed to room without access cards.
I asked for two glass and a plate at housekeeping. They told they cannot give it (i was ready to pay)
Booking.com published fake rate 1672 Rs for two rooms. But property charged me additional 1328 Rs.
Altogether I felt this like scam involving Edassery tourist home and booking.com

Uncomfortable atmosphere with a bar nearby.

Convenient location, very helpful receptionist.
Bathroom, dirty with slippery bucket and dirty mug.
Very basic facilities.
NO Breakfast- reception said we open restaurant only after 11.00 am. Booking. Com promised Breakfast..that was a big mistake.I used to trust Booking. Cm.!
