Getting info on the restaurants ( menu/pricing) from within my room e.g. I didn't know how to call front desk without using my cell. Internal phone didn't work. No menus in the room..QR codes on TV not working.

Es hat eine super Lage und das Personal ist auch super freundlich.

Die Fenster wahren leider ein bisschen dreckig aber das ist wirklich mäckern auf hohem Niveau. Die rooftop war leider geschlossen bzw. konnte man tagsüber nicht hoch

Super Aussicht. Das Empire State Building (wie auf dem Foto abgebildet) sieht man aus dem 27. Stock nicht komplett, da auf dem gegenüberliegenden Gebäude ein Aufbau die Sicht einschränkt. Insgesamt ist die Aussicht trotzdem atemberaubend.

Frühstück ist gut, aber typisch amerikanisch auch nicht atemberaubend.

Only the location

Didn’t like the staff and the cleanliness. Our blanked was molded and there was a lot of dust. We showed the photo ata the front desk and they said they’re not dirty it just looks like that under the light, they said they will replace it but never did.

Staff super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great and tasty. Rooms clean updated.

The coffee maker in my room wasn’t clean. The sugars, coffee creamer was old when I poured in my coffee it turned goey like slime. & Starbucks coffee cups/lids were old and dirty couldn’t be washed.

I LOVED the view, it was so beautiful.

It wasn’t that close to manhattan and Times Square, maybe like 15-30 min walk.

Location was great for the area we were in.

1 - Rooms were tight. Barely room for one carry on suitcase. 2- night club at top of this building, of which created issues with the elevators and noise if your room was near that floor. 3- although rooms were nicely tidied each day of our stay, cleaning staff woke us up knocking on the door 2&1/2 hours before our check-out time. This did not happen in the prior days of our stay.

evening sitting at bar or lobby was quiet and relaxing. The decor in the room was different and made it a more interesting room. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable

Our main issue was the staff response when the battery on our electronic door lock went dead. We had booked a nice restaurant for dinner and tried to come back to the hotel after a day walking in New York to get changed and ready, but found we couldn’t get in our room because the electronic lock had died. The electrician himself came quickly and was incredibly helpful but unfortunately we couldn’t get in the room in time and had to leave for our dinner reservation without access to our room. The staff at reception didn’t seem particularly bothered by this and there was no apology or even offer to organise us a cab to get us to dinner more quickly. Obviously the battery stopping working was outwith the control of the hotel but the response was definitely sub par.

Our key didn’t work on 25Th floor..had to go back down to tell them & didn’t believe me so sent staff up & she couldn’t open it; she called her manager & he couldn’t open it so sent the “engineer” who was pissed he was asked to do his job & let it be known. He said it works fine & it was us. So we leave for dinner & get back at 11:00 pm & our key doesn’t work. Have to go all the way back down & tell them again. So while we’re out that day, they change our rooms so we had to repack all of our belongings in the midst of a 3 day stay. No apology, no nothing. Worst hotel experience in NYC. Location was convenient but that’s about it.

Room quality and decor

The hotel’s location is great. Rooms have a modern twist which is nice. Snacks are provided in the lobby for guests.

In terms of the room, there was no refrigerator, no kettle, no microwave, making it really inconvenient. The hotel only provides a coffee machine. The rooms are very small but that is standard for NYC. Rooms lack good lighting. Bathroom is spacious and modern but shower drain was clogged with hair and cleaning staff never cleaned it. Even though rooms were “cleaned” everyday, it was a very superficial cleaning. Only quick bathroom and bed fix, but no real wiping, dusting, etc. In terms of the hotel, I didn’t like that each day they automatically charge $30 that you have to use or otherwise you’ll loose them. When expressing concerns about this the hotel’s staff did not provide any alternatives. Hotel charged way more than the agreed total, arguing that they would automatically give back the rest. This way of charging is extremely complicated and no other hotel I have been to in NYC does this. The hotel staff had an attitude when questioning about their policies.

Nous avons eu une superbe chambre avec vue sur l'Empire State Building magnifique. T'ai des chambres pas très grande mais bien pour un séjour de 5 jours. Lit super confortable. Chambre bien insonorisée. Proche de tout à pied et en métro. Au top !

Die Lage ist sehr gut, zwischen 6th und 7th Avenue, 3 Min von der Subway, mit vielen Restaurants und Cafés und Geschäften in Laufnähe. Nette Bar im Hotel.

Der Schreibtisch war zu schmal zum Arbeiten - auch nur 5 cm mehr Tiefe hätten einen grossen Unterschied gemacht. Etwas mehr Schrankplatz, zB eine Kommode, wäre nützlich gewesen. Und die Airconditioning war unfaßbar laut...

The rooms and to view.

Eu Escolhi este hotel porque havia piscina e terraço mas o acesso tem hora limite e em 6 dias o terraço esteve sempre fechado para eventos . A piscina também estava fechada. Informaram que a piscina estaria fechada 3 dias antes ds viagem e não consegui alterar a reserva. A informação que está no booking.com não é correta. Na rua do hotel existem muitos sem abrigos a dormir e um ambiente pouco seguro. Estivemos confortaveis mas se a informação dada pelo booking não foi correcta e ao mesmo preço que paguei podetia ter escolhido outro hotel. Não recomendo e o booking. Com deve rever a informação que publica.
