Great Value !! Home with Large, Tropical Yard!
Tropical Oasis ti aspetta in questa accogliente casa unifamiliare con 3 camere da letto situata nel cuore di Irvine. Vicino all'autostrada 5, i viaggiatori possono facilmente raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni della California meridionale, tra cui Disneyland, Irvine Spectrum, South Coast Plaza, Newport e Laguna Beach. La casa completamente arredata è confortevole con due spazi comuni nelle aree comuni. Una camera da letto secondaria ha due letti singoli, la seconda ha una regina. Camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale con accesso all'esterno e bagno privato. Comodo garage con due posti auto per una maggiore sicurezza e facilità di parcheggio. Situato vicino a molti quartieri dello shopping e negozi di alimentari. Parco giochi e parco si trovano proprio dietro l'angolo dalla proprietà. Ottimo manager che si prenderà cura delle tue richieste. Non vediamo l'ora di averti con noi.

Thanks Steve for proving such a cozy little home for my distant family in town for 2 weeks! The house was nicely set up with thoughtful munchies and it's got everything we needed from rice cooking to dishes, towels and sheets! The checkin was super smooth and the communication has been instant. We had a fantastic stay, the kids loved the big backyard, lots of rabbits visited. Will come again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious home in Irvine. We found the location close to the major highways and shopping centers nearby (The Spectrum, South Coast Plaza, Marketplace) and the large back yard was perfect for our two small yorkies. There is a nice small park right across the street from this house that was great for taking short walks. There are also numerous small malls in this area with grocery stores and drug stores which made it so convenient. The owner was very prompt in responding to our questions and we appreciated that he stocked the home with all sorts of supplies.

If you’re seeking a well-maintained property, do not stay here. The home is at least 40 years old and everything is original. The doors and windows are original and difficult to operate. The master shower is dangerous. The guest shower doors do not slide so you must shimmy in and out sideways. There are no table lamps, only canned lights so you feel like you’re in an office, not a home. The furniture is old, dusty and dirty. The cabinetry is filthy, inside and out. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Wonderful park across the street. Property manager was nice. He fixed a few things while we were there, but the entire house needs work.
