Il piano principale presenta una pianta aperta con molto spazio e luce naturale. La cucina è dotata di ripiani in granito, nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile ed è completamente attrezzata per gli ospiti per preparare i propri pasti. Il soggiorno ha comodi posti a sedere con TV a schermo piatto, wifi e cavo Xfinity. Le tre camere da letto e due bagni completi si trovano al piano superiore, con un bagno di servizio al primo piano. C'è un letto king size nella camera matrimoniale e letti matrimoniali nella seconda e terza camera da letto. We loved staying at this place. It is super close to the action near A street, but not noisy. It is spacious and clean. The owners were friendly, helpful, and highly communicative. Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay here. Communication was more then amazing, Lee and Steve were very responsive. The house had everything you could need. The towels were soft, kitchen well stocked, house was a lot bigger then I expected. Master bed was super comfy. Rooms had black out windows making it very easy to sleep. Walking distance to the beach and food. There’s that yummy taco place on the corner. There’s fans in every room as well. Pretty much everything you need for vacation is in this condo. Driveway fit both our SUV and car. Will be coming back!

Very nice vacation spot. Home had plenty of room with decently stocked kitchen. Home was surface level clean - could use a good spring cleaning. Would stay again! One recommendation, have a child lock on cabinet under kitchen sink that houses chemicals.

The property was clean and very spacious. The mattresses were so comfortable. Everyone in the family commented on this. Towels were plush, kitchen was well stocked and had every utensil we could need. We also appreciated the beach chairs, as we had forgotten to bring ours. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Property was just as described, and the reviews were spot on. Very clean, close to the beach and great foods/drinks, and all the amenities you could think of.
Linens and towels (including beach towels) were nice and clean, beds were super comfortable.
We appreciate the hospitality and would highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Condo was cozy with everything we needed, including big fluffy beach towels. The brewery and burrito stand were patronized often. Stir It Up had great smoothies. Lee was very hands on. We’d definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay, the condo is very comfortable and is in a terrific location. The condo had been well cleaned well before our stay. There is some wear and tear—bedroom carpets could use deep cleaning. For instance, a small bath rug was placed next to the primary bedroom’s bed, turns out it’s hiding a large stain. Some of the paint is worn or a bit dirty. But I can’t stress enough that the kitchen, bathrooms, hard floors, and linens were quite clean. There were more than enough bath towels and beach towels. The owner provides beach chairs, but that was it. I purchased two inexpensive beach umbrellas/anchors, and two boogie boards, which I told the owner I was leaving for future guests to use. Since we were flying, we couldn’t take them back with us. There is not a wagon provided to transport chairs, etc. to the beach, unfortunately. The kitchen is decently equipped, and appliances are in working order. The stackable washer/dryer work well and are surprisingly large. The owner and property manager were very responsive. I would definitely stay in this property again in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2.5 month-long stay. The area has it all - the beach, restaurants, and things to do. Not far from old town St. Augustine which is well worth visiting. Our host, Lee, kept in touch, and even bought new pots and pans for the unit when we mentioned a need.

The condo is very clean, comfortable, has everything you need! Very efficient kitchen, all new appliances, all the beds are super comfortable. The area is very nice, coffee shop around the corner, steps to the beach. We will be back next year!

The condo was very clean with nice updates. Everything was as described. It is about a block and a half from the beach....which is also beautiful!
All linens and beach towels were provided plus there is a washer and dryer so that helps with packing lighter.

And a washer and dryer to clean everything. One thing missing was a TV and dresser in one of the bedrooms, my daughter managed , but it would of been nice because we also had no hangers. No complaints.

There is a Walmart, Publix and and a few other stores close by for shopping in case you don't want to eat out all the time, or to just stock up on drinks. One thing I wish is there were a few more pots.
Lee, the property owner, is also very accommodating.
I could not recommend this place enough. We will return and hopefully be able to stay here again.

Beach Trip
Great location and plenty of room. The city was a short drive away and the beach area was fantastic. You can easily walk to the beach and restaurants. The only suggestion I have is to add that there is no alcohol allowed on the beach to your check in information email that is sent out. We would stay there again and have recommended it to all our family and friends.

Great location!
Our family had an unforgettable stay at this wonderful condo. It was exactly what we needed. It wasn’t fancy but they’ve thought prepared for our stay! They had beach towels and beach chairs and it was perfect!
Also the owner checked in on us to see if we needed anything and leaving was a breeze— definitely recommend!

Amazing Rental - Will Stay Again
This place was amazing. The location is phenomenal - literally could not be in a better spot for access to the beach while being close to restaurants, bars and the Kookaburra coffee shop.
The place itself is very nice. Nice backyard, very spacious and has modern updates. Many bathrooms, great natural light too.
Lee, the property owner, was also very accommodating.
I could not recommend this place enough. We will return and hopefully be able to stay here again. I wish I could buy the place !!

Great location and perfect for family
This VRBO is just as advertised. Comfortable beds are top priority and the beds were great. The hosts definitely go the extra mile to make sure that your stay is wonderful. It is a short walk to the beach and several restaurants.

Our family loved this property and we will stay again soon. It is very close to the beach as well as all of the attractions St Augustine has to offer. The keyless keypad entry was convenient, it was very clean and the beds were comfortable.
