the staff really helpful. they help to bring me to foot therapy due to my injuries. sending my shoes to fix. really good hospitality and services. it should be 5 starts services.
the shower and the room facilities is a bit older. suggest to refurbished to a new one.

Spacy rooms, great breakfast and cheap restaurant if you want to eat at the hotel.
Hotel should undergo general modernization. Bedsheets are clean and of good quality but have obvious spots on them. Shower room requires maintenance. First morning after arrival I saw 2 cockroaches in the bathroom.

Omg that hotel was super in my life and I have never met that kind of service. They were greatest for costumers. Thank for that hotel. I can give that 5 star for service.
