This property was clean and the view was great! The pools at the property were nice and heated which was a bonus. Would definitely return.

I have only stayed at a few vrbo's in the past but the experience the owner gives you is out of this world. The communication is fantastic, we originally booked a different condo but due to construction on the actual property beyond anyone's control, he gave us options to choose any of the properties he had available for a better experience. We selected the Pelican Beach one and we loved it. We were able to add a day at the end and add another day at the beginning as we got into town earlier than planned. This was due to their great communication and customer service.
The unit was very clean, well stocked with basics, great layout and great views. Awesome place for a family of 4 or more. Beds were comfortable and even received a new couch during our stay which was a nice upgrade. Balcony had great views and very spacious. The property had plenty of things to offer to keep us busy. Also very close to great restaurants and fun things to do.
If I am traveling back to Destin, I would highly recommend staying at one of the owners many Condos units.

Our stay was wonderful! Everything was clean comfortable and the view was fantastic. We even had about 20 dolphins playing right in front of the condo. Would definitely come stay again.

This condo was perfect for my family. It's conveniently located off the main strip. The beach view was beautiful. You easily walk to the pool and beach from the lobby. The condo was clean and furnished with everything we needed. Check in/out was easy. We were even given a list of places open on Thanksgiving. The host checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything. Great experience!

Over all everything was really nice! It was a little aged but still nice! Only thing I didn’t like was you couldn’t smoke on the balcony which I find rediculious Also would have been nice to have some beach towels provided

Check in process was super smooth with the forms being emailed ahead of time. The unit was stocked well with the essentials, so we didn't have to run to the store right away. Host was accessible & responsive. Loved being able to text. Gorgeous coastline & oceanfront views.

We loved the place! Beautiful view! Easy to find, free parking and the people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Perfect location and so happy to find a cafe, bar and convenience store on the ground floor. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Great property and stunning views. Only had one issue when we arrived that was no fault of the owner. He was great about getting it resolved even though it was an issue from another unit. Store at the building was great had everything we forgot and then some. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was great! From the ease of checking in to the ease if checking out, it was great. The unit itself is very nice and cozy with ample space for a family. The view from the balcony is just perfect with a morning coffee or an evening drink. There are restaurants within walking distance, a HEATED indoor pool, a fantastic beach, and dedicated parking. The owners really care about their guests and are available should you need them for anything. We will definitely be staying again!

Haydar provided excellent customer service. The property was beautiful and we had a great time but what stuck out the most was Haydar’s communication and response to questions. I would recommend staying here.

This is an excellent condo. I recommend it to anyone. The the condo was spacious neat and clean with plenty of utensils, appliances, plates, and all the necessary assessments for the kitchen. The view was multi directional being in a corner condo. The view down the beach was awesome. There was no noise from the beach or from the street in the condo. It was very quiet. Once again, I recommend this condo for anyone.

This is my 6th stay at SunDestin. It did not disappoint. Condo was clean, view is breathtaking. Very roomy and loved the washer and dryer in unit!

This condo was amazing! It is right on the beach and the beach is FANTASTIC! The 12th floor gives great views. The corner unit offers great views from almost every room. Condo had everything we needed. I would suggest bringing beach towels and beach toys if you have kids. Check in process was smooth. The building staff was helpful. This is condo is super close to stores and restaurants. Haydar was very attentive. He communicated with us via text before we arrived and answered all questions very quickly throughout our stay. Wifi was just okay, but we weren’t on our phones much anyways. Overall, it was amazing! Hoping to come back one day.

Haydar was a wonderful host without being intrusive. He immediately checked on us our first day and made sure we were able to communicate with him if any problems occurred. The condo was exactly as listed. The views were amazing and Haydar's property was well appointed. I would definitely stay here again
